Our bespoke virtual programs can be delivered any time, any place, anywhere to any audience provided they have a phone line or connection to the Internet.
We work with a number of industries and sectors both in the UK and internationally, including amongst others Oil and
Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Energy, Recruitment, Financial Services, Public Sector and Higher
Education.
We combine our practical first-hand expertise across five practice areas that have been honed over the past two decades.
These five practice areas are: Communication, Leadership Development, Human Factors, Coaching and Building High-
Performance Teams. Our virtual coaches have unique first-hand perspectives across all 5, enabling us to deliver a
complete behavioural change curriculum under one roof.
All of our virtual deliveries are interactive. They are delivered in a coaching style and place the emphasis on the
individual and the team to apply, reflect, share and cement their learning as the program progresses. There is no
room for passive observers on our virtual programs.

Series 1: Mission CriticalTeams - (intact teams) Duration: 8 x 90 min sessions over 6 weeks with supporting activities
Audience: Teams or individuals working in specific projects that have significant financial and reputational
importanceOutcomes: Enhanced trust and rapport that feeds efficient and effective operational execution.
Preparatory work before and between each virtual session.
Preparatory sessions 1-2 : Reflection and design session to capture sentiment and measure gaps in understanding and engagement ahead of the developmental sessions to follow. Use of on-line surveys and reports and calls to specific individuals
Session 3: Building trust and rapport with directed learning between sessions (pair discussions and individual reflections)
Session 4: Shared context - The Leader/s intent and expectations shared to include the Intent Based Leadership process
Session 5: Self and Team awareness using a leading profiling tool (SDI preferred) Individual profiles and team composites shared and discussed - emphasis on communication styles and motivations
Session 6: Share personal and unit missions for discussion with measures of success

Course Overview
Designed for operational intact teams tasked with managing the safe, reliable and efficient operation of technical systems, assets and processes. This could be in heavy processing, Energy, Construction, Maritime, Healthcare and other safety-critical industries
