Greetings from VIVEKANANDA RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL !
It is decided to postpone the CBSE Cluster - VII KABADDI (Boys & Girls)
tournament 2016-17 to be held from 17 October 2016 to 19 October 2016.
The new dates for the tournament will be 26th
October-2016 to 28th
October 2016. Outstation teams to report on 25th
October 2016.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the postponement of the
tournament due to technical problems and expect your continued
enthusiastic response with your school's participation in the tournament.
The Coaches/ Managers meeting will be held on Wednesday 25th
October
2016 at 04.00 pm in the school premises and the Opening Ceremony will be
held on Thursday 26th
October at 10.30 am.

II – GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Date : 26th to 28th October, 2016.
2. Venue : VIVEKANANDA RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL

KARIMNAGAR – 505 01 (TELANGANA STATE)
3. Eligibility for Participating the competition.
a) C.B.S.E. online Entry Form to be sent by mail to host school on or before, 20th October 2016.
b) Please enclose the following (attested by Principal of the school) along with Entry Form.
c) A group photograph of the team with the Principal of the participating school should be enclosed
along with entry form.
d) A copy of the receipt of the sports fee paid by your school to C.B.S.E. for the year 2016.
e) All the supporting papers verifying the age of the player etc., in original as per the CBSE
Guidelines & Rules shall be carried personally by the team manager/coach while reporting for
participation.
f) It is mandatory for students studying in class IX and X to provide C.B.S.E. registration number, for
XI and XII students to provide Class X certificate with photo issued by the board.
g) Arrival and Departure form.
h) CBSE online Id Card duly attested by Principal.
i) All the above to be presented at the time of Registration.
4. THINGS TO BE BROUGHT BY TEAM MEMBERS.
a) Kabaddi uniform, School Uniform, Bed Sheets, Toilet items.
b) Authorization letter from the Principal, photo Identity Card, School Flag.
5. ACCOMMODATION:
a) Unfurnished (sharing) accommodation will be provided for all the out station teams in the school
campus.
b) Each school has to deposit Rs,1000/- caution deposit (refundable)
6. FOOD:
a) Arrangements will be made to provide pure vegetarian food at Rs.350/- per head per day
including for all those who have registered their names for food and accommodation.
b) Managers are requested to collect the food coupons at the time of registration.
TIME FOR FOOD:
Breakfast : 7.30a.m. to 9.00a.m.
Lunch : 12.30p.m. to 2.00p.m.
Snacks and tea: 5.00p.m. to 5.30p.m.
Dinner : 7.30p.m. to 9.00pm.
7. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS:
a) All the students should be ready for the March Past in School uniform & with the school flag.
b) In case of injuries / accidents expenses are to be met by the team.
c) The team members are to take care of the property of the host school. They will be responsible
for any damages caused.
d) Complaints, if any, are to be referred to the Jury for appeal and their decision shall be binding
and final.
Participants will be responsible for their own belongings.
