» Customer demands and expectations are fast evolving and trend heavily biased towards video and

other web2.0 applications;

» Telecom Service Providers (TSP) need to evolve their ecosystem and actively embrace “NGN”

components;

» TSPs need to engage with each other and target to integrate with “IP” based interconnects and

support customer profile exchange to ensure consistent QoS and QoE;

» There is wider awareness and drive amongst TSPs on strategic approach towards NGN ecosystem;
