Biotraps - Biodegradable Mosquito Traps (BMT) To make controlling mosquito populations more cost effective, better for the environment and easy to deploy. BioTraps are a just add water mosquito trap (kills the larvae and the female mosquito). The containers are completely biodegradable and compostable while containing both attractant and environmentally safe insecticide to decimate mosquito populations by killing over 95% of the mosquito larvae. This technology is significantly more cost effective, environmentally-friendly and healthier for local residents than existing plastic mosquito traps so that more money can be allocated towards vaccine research and cures for mosquito borne illness. By targeting the female mosquito we prevent the next generation of mosquitoes from spreading disease. BioTraps are a just add water mosquito trap (kills the larvae and the female mosquito). The trap is designed to easily and cost effectively be deployed in both urban and rural areas inflicted with mosquito borne diseases. BioTraps are manufactured by Greenlid Envirosciences and is currently being ordered by the Australian government for use during Dengue Fever outbreaks in the State of Queensland to eliminate the mosquito population. VZN is our appointed exclusive distributor in Singapore and pending approval in several countries within the ASEAN region, South Korea and Japan. The “just add water” solution allows quick mass deployment with minimal cost for education. BioTraps contains the mosquito attractant, insecticide and 1 step instructions for the user. User fills with water and lets stand for 4-6 weeks. Female mosquitos travel only ~400m radius during their entire lives. By placing Traps locally you can decimate the mosquito population of a targeted area preventing spread of infection Once deployed no upkeep is necessary. The trap will leak contents in 4-6 weeks coinciding with the loss of effictiveness of the insecticide and naturally break down. Just replace BioTraps and add water to begin new cycle.

Why A Biodegradable Trap? To make controlling mosquito populations easy, better for the environment and more cost effective. • Mass spraying and fogging of dangerous pesticides indescriminately kills all insects and is linked

to negative health affects of local residents and the environment. • The female Mosquito travels only small radius and seeks out standing water immediately after

having her blood meal to lay eggs. By ridding areas of standing water and placing traps with bait in key locations, the female mosquitos are attracted to the traps. Upon landing on the trap the insecticide kills the female mosquito, preventing a next generation and the spread of disease.

• Plastic mosquito traps can be 5X more costly than paper based biodegradable traps. This

prevents many areas from affording proper mosquito population control. • The insecticides used by Greenlid's BioTrap can be tailored to local standards and use minimal

concentrations to reduce the effects on the surrounding ecosystem. • Traps break down in 4-6 weeks. Other mosquito traps requires management every cycle to

prevent the traps from becoming a mosquito breeding ground with an inaffective insecticide.
