WELCOME!

WELCOME TO the 2018 Wantage Summer Arts Festival. Not just a change of name but also a change of emphasis. This year you’ll fi nd many more music, art-related and spoken word events.

Although the festival is primarily a celebration of arts and culture in Wantage and surrounding villages, we also wanted to create a festival that our community would be proud of.

Please take time to look through the programme and plan which events you would like to see. There’s a lot to choose from including many diff erent kinds of music, art exhibitions and lectures. Hope to see you soon!

–Jim Mitchell and the Festival Team(Ruth Alexander, Yvette Cecil, Jenny Hannaby, Rosemary Lang)
