• WMATA currently has 27 open and acceptable d ti ith th NTSBrecommendations with the NTSB

– 15 are related to Fort Totten Incident

– 12 pre-date Fort Totten Incident

• 11 of the 27 were submitted for closure in June (waiting for a response from NTSB)
