The kidneys are organs that are essential in the urinary system and also serve homeostatic functions such as:
Regulating the composition of your blood 
Keeping the concentrations of various ions and other important substances constant

Keeping the acid/base concentration of your blood constant
Helping regulate your blood pressure
Stimulating the making of red blood cells
Maintaining your body's calcium levels

Introduction
The kidneys receive the blood from the renal artery, process it, return the processed blood to the body through the renal vein and­ remove the wastes in the urine.
Urine flows from the kidneys through the ureters to the bladder. In the bladder, the urine is stored until it is excreted from the body through the urethra.
Diuresis means emptying the urinary bladder of urine.

Objectives
To determine the effect of consuming sodium chloride on the urine output in man

C. one to consume water and perform an exercise

40kgs is 0.4 kg of fluid or 0.4 liter of fluid since 1 kg is equal to 1 liter.
Strictly follow these rules before the performance of the experiments:
1. Have only a light breakfast or lunch beforehand.
2. Do not drink tea, coffee or soft drinks of alcoholic drinks.

b. Immediately before drinking the fluid provided for : the subject must empty his bladder again. Record the time.
c. For the next two hours, the subject regularly empties the bladder at 20 minutes intervals. Between the times, he remains comfortably seated.
For the subject assigned to exercise after the water intake:
