OR GO HOME

THE JONES FAMILY ON THEIR

OWN

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS...

For years, we’ve brought people together as first responders on needs in the Sacramento region and changed the lives of hundreds of children, families and adults.

Now we’re aiming for thousands. We’re leading the charge and calling it

WE CAN MAKE A BIGGER DIFFERENCE by recognizing that people’s education, financial stability and health are linked.

WE CAN MAKE AN IMPACT FOR GENERATIONS by recognizing that these challenges often are passed down in families in a cycle.

WE CAN REACH THOUSANDS OF LOCAL PEOPLE IN NEED when we bring together companies, schools, government and individuals across the region, state and country.

Max’s family can’t afford nutritious food so he’s always sick.

Since Max is sick, he misses school and falls behind on reading.

Since Max can’t get a job that pays enough, he can’t afford nutritious food so his son is always sick.

Since Max doesn’t graduate, he can’t get a job that pays enough.

Since Max falls behind on reading, he doesn’t graduate from high school.

REPEAT

GO BIG

TAKE OFF!

THE JONES FAMILY

WE CAN REACH THOUSANDS OF JONES FAMILIES WITH YOUR HELP!

BIGGER!

Since Max has a job that pays enough and knows money management, he can afford nutritious food so his son is healthy and ready to learn.

Since Max improves his reading, he graduates from high school.

Since Max graduates, he can get a job that pays enough.

Max’s family can’t afford nutritious food so he joins our Healthy Meals Program and his family learns money management through our financial stability work.

Since Max is eating healthy, he misses less school and catches up on reading through our education work.
