The company’s vision is to become the most preferred and trusted hotel brand. The biggest challenge of OYO was finding the right partner to effectively reach high-quality users who will become loyal customers and regularly book their hotel stays through OYO’s platform. OYO needed a partner that will be able to meet its aggressive registration and booking performance metrics while understanding the complexities and unique environment of the Indian market.
