will go out of our way to make your memorable day an occasion that you would treasure forever. We have the most romantic settings to escape to, that priceless moment that you have

been waiting for your entire life . . .

The Venue

There are various options where your magical ceremony can be performed. In our romantic

chapel, outside under the open skies set amongst big trees or at our tranquil courtyard fountain.

The courtyard fountain area and our open skies garden area can seat up to 250 guests.

A perfect venue for both intimate, smaller or extravagant larger wedding groups. We believe

that your big day must be absolutely breathtaking from the start right through to the end. Our air

-conditioned venue adds a welcome respite from the summer heat, and be swept away with an

exquisite interior style, making it an ideal location for your special day.

During your wedding the following areas will be available for your wedding guests exclusive use:

events hall, pub, barrel area and courtyard (the restaurant doors will be closed, but open to the

public).

Viewing the venue is encouraged.

Included in our packages are all the tables & chairs. We have round and rectangular tables available for the reception area and 2 small square tables to use when signing the register, as a gifts- or cake table. We also have round and square cocktail tables available in the courtyard area.

Special rates for wedding guests, breakfast included.

If a room for the bridal couple has been booked for the night of the wedding, that same room is available at no extra charge for the bride to get dressed in before the wedding with complimentary pre- & post snacks.

If the bride wants to use a room only for getting dressed , charges are R500.

Early check-in can be arranged, subjected to availability.

Important Notes

- DJ only needs to bring laptop with music. Speakers and musical equipment supplied inside our wedding venue

- 2 cordless microphones available

- Sound System in courtyard/open-air are upon request. Extra charges applicable.

- no draping allowed except on a loose standing frame

- all décor / flowers are excluded

- more than 250 guests - additional chairs will have to be hired

- hall is available from Friday morning of the wedding for setup and décor (check for earlier access)

- cut off time of wedding is 00:00 (midnight) if all the rooms are not booked out by your guests otherwise 02:00 if all accommodation is booked by your guests

- gifts are locked up, for safekeeping later at night in the manager’s office

*Note that the restaurant will be open to the public during weddings but clear signage will designate

the wedding party and their guests to the wedding’s private areas (Courtyard, Pub, Chapel, Events

Foyer and Events Hall).

**The Events Hall and Chapel will be available for decorations the morning before the wedding.

Should the reception be in the outside areas decorations may take place on the day of the event

from of 08:00.
