When can I organise a visit to the venue? We can arrange viewings during the week and weekends evenings or day please phone or email to book. Can I bring in our own caterers? Unfortunately we do not allow outside caterers. We are a fully catered venue with chefs who have created specialised menus for your wedding day. If you were after something slightly different our chefs will be happy to work with you to create the perfect menu. Booking Your Ceremony We are the perfect choice if you are looking for a civil ceremony wedding venue, followed by a reception all in the same location. There are two different licensed locations for your ceremony for you to choose from dependent on numbers. To book your civil ceremony, you’ll need to contact Warwickshire County Council who will be more than happy to help the number is 0300 555 0255. The Elizabethan Barn is one of our licensed ceremony rooms and can seat up to 120. The Mezzanine Balcony is our second licensed space and can seat up to 48. Can we bring our own drinks? We have a fully stocked reasonably priced licensed bar, and our house wines are popular. You can bring your own wine for which we would charge a corkage fee of £12 per 750ml bottle of wine and £15 for 750ml sparkling wine/ champagne. Is there free parking on site? We have plenty of free parking for your guests. Will someone from The Stratford Park be there on the day? Yes a dedicated member of The Stratford Park Team will be on hand to help with the smooth-running of the day. Do you allow fireworks? Fireworks and sparklers are permitted at The Stratford Park. Fireworks must be finished by 10pm and if you wanted to provide sparklers we ask that a buck of sand is provided alongside them. Can I bring a cheesecake and a wedding cake ? You are more than welcome to provide a wedding cake free of charge. If you wanted to provide a cheesecake an additional charge will occur. Do you provide table linen? We do provide white table linen and napkins alongside all crockery and cutlery within the package. Do you have more than one wedding on per day? We only host one wedding per day. You will have exclusive use of The Elizabethan Barn alongside the courtyard and terrace.
