• Ms Barben,• I just started my second week at Temple and just wanted to let you know how

ready you got me. The talking to the text you had us do seemed pointless and annoying. Little did I know it is making my freshman English call so much easier. (I’m one of the only ones who knew how to "annotate" on the first day.) I am also now ahead on quite a bit of my work which never used to happen. It is actually quite satisfying knowing I might have a night where I will not be up late doing work. You didn't just prepare us for junior year but for college as well.

read, take notes on the provided oaktag, and present to the class.
