FUNDAMENTAL VIEW:-

Indian shares ended lower on Friday paring early losses after the central bank kept its repo rate unchanged as

it continues to guard against any potential flare-up in inflation and on an uncertain global economic environ-

ment , RBI Policy also given impact on market, Some of the events that took place through the week were RBI

Monetary Policy, USA launched a missile strike in Syria in response to the chemical attack by Assad regime,

which led to surge in crude prices . The Reserve Bank of India on Friday came out with a discussion paper on

wholesale and long-term finance banks to fund infrastructure projects for companies it also effect to the market

for changing trend.

TECHNICAL VIEW:-

Nifty closed the week on positive note gaining around 0.26 %and close at 9198.30 . The index made a weekly

high of 9220.60 and a low of 9188.10. Nifty on Friday slipped below its 5-days exponential moving average

and closed below its crucial support level of 9,200, weighed down by weak global cues after the US military

launched cruise missile strikes against a Syrian airbase. The index formed a ‘shooting star’ kind of pattern on

daily as well as weekly candlestick charts. And RSI is also confirming the sell as it has touched the overbought

zone. So we advise you to sell Nifty from around 9210-9220 for the targets of 9100 and 9030 with strict stop

loss above 9300.

FUNDAMENTAL VIEW:-

Nifty Bank too was showing tiredness post RBI policy. It spared the already beleaguered banks any further

burden in its effort to suck out excess liquidity from the banking system, yet it tempered its kindness with a

stern warning on inflation .Yet many treasury bills (T-bills), till before the policy, were trading at 5.75 percent-

6 percent, way below the repo rate of 6.25 percent largely because of the huge excess cash with banks. Banks

are allowed to invest in mutual funds, venture capital funds (VCFs) and even equities to the extent of 20% of

their net owned funds. RBI will be allowing the banks to invest in REITs and InvITs within the umbrella limit

and will be issuing detailed guidelines by end of May this year.

TECHNICAL VIEW:-

Nifty Bank closed the week on negative note around 0.06% . The index made a high of 21699.30 and low of

21397 in the week. Bank nifty in this week remained volatile in a small range, although the index breached 52

week’s high but soon on Friday bears took the control and dragged the index down with considerable volumes.

Finally Bank nifty on weekly charts closed with a “Shooting Star” candlestick pattern, which indicates that

more profit booking will be seen further. So one should have a selling view overall. If the index sustains below

21400 it may come down till 21150 and 21000 traders can maintain stop loss above 21600.

OUR WEEKLY RECOMMENDATIONS (FUTURES)

JSW STEEL FUTURE (27 -April-2017):-

JSW STEEL FUTURE (27-April-2017) looks a perfect pick in future to sell. The scrip on daily charts has prepared a “shooting star” candlestick pattern. It rallied the whole week and breaking the life time high it gave a buy signal but on Friday Bears were more active in it and it sank around 3% with larger volumes and closed with a bear signal. The RSI is also indicating “SELL” on both daily and weekly charts.

So sell it below 197.5 for the targets of 194 and 191 with strict stop loss of 200.

ESCORTS FUTURE (27-April-2017):-

ESCORTS FUTURE (27-April-2017) Freshly listed in F&O ESCORTS is a good sell this week. In

cash Escorts has made an “Engulfing Bear” candlestick. On top of rallying trend this pattern suggests

the bulls have exhausted and Bears are in. And it is already dwelling in the "Overbought Zone" on RSI

indicator.

So we advise you to sell this below 521 for the targets of 513 and 505 with strict stop loss above 530

OUR WEEKLY RECOMMENDATIONS (CASH)

VOLTAMP :-

VOLTAMP looks bullish for this week, as it has broken a crucial resistance of 1100 and 1135 and closed

above it with good volumes along with a bullish candlestick on both daily and weekly charts. In such a

bearish market the stock maintained to sustain above resistance. So if it again sustains above the current

high it will find the next resistance around 1300. So buy it above 1170 for 1270 and 1400 with strict

stop loss of 1050

TIMKEN INDIA :-

TIMKEN INDIA is looking bullish for it has prepared an “Inverted Head & Shoulders” pattern and also

has broken the resistance of neckline on daily and weekly charts. Now if it crosses the current high and

keeps sustaining above it, it will surely take the targets of the Head otherwise the pattern can fail. So we

advise you to buy it only above 690 for the targets of 705 and 720 with strict stop loss of 670

.

STOCKS IN NEWS

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES-

Trai Chairman R S Sharma today said the telecom regulator has advised Reliance Jio to stop 'complimentary' service offer as it was not in accordance with the regulatory framework. "We examined it and found that it was not in accordance with regulatory frame-work, so we advised them to stop it," Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) Chairman R S sharma told PTI . Reliance Jio said it accepts Trai's decision and is in the process of "fully complying" with the regulator's advice. Trai had previously found nothing wrong with its extended promotional offers of free data and voice that had helped Jio clock 100 million customers. Of these at least 72 million opted for paid services.

UNILEVER :-

Unilever promised a multi-billion pound programmed of shareholder rewards on Thursday after a corporate rethink sparked by a takeover approach from Kraft Heinz, aiming to prove it can generate lucrative returns as an independent company . Under a re-structuring sparked by the rebuffed $143 billion offer by its U.S. rival, the maker of Dove soap and Knorr soup set out an acceler-ated cost-saving plan, the sale of its Flora to Stork spreads business where sales are declining, and a review of its dual-headed An-glo-Dutch structure . As part of its strategy to improve investor rewards and justify its rejection of Kraft Heinz's approach, Unile-ver will also splash out 5 billion euros ($5.3 billion) in a share buyback and will raise its dividend 12 percent this year. Unilever, one of Europe's biggest blue-chip stocks, called the Kraft episode a "trigger moment" to assess its business, as the global packaged goods industry faces slowing growth and greater competition. In the weeks since the review was announced, some analysts had speculated that Unilever would split into two companies in a dramatic reversal of its strategy, but executives said this was not on the cards and repeated the rationale that there are benefits from having both businesses. "We are confident our model of long-term compounding growth is working," Chief Executive Paul Polman said.

JSW STEEL:-

JSW Steel Ltd could spend around $1 billion on capacity addition and acquisition this fiscal year and will bid for several iron ore and coking coal mines in upcoming government auctions to secure raw material supplies, a top company executive told Reuters. Unlike its nearest rivals Steel Authority of India Ltd and Tata Steel Ltd, JSW does not own any iron ore mines and is forced to import the raw material from time to time. It also buys millions of tonnes of coking coal from countries such as Australia, Canada and the US. "Without increasing my debt, I will be able to spend 6,000 to 7,000 crore rupees ($923.72 million-$1.08 billion) in creating capacity or making acquisition," JSW Steel joint managing director Seshagiri Rao said on Thursday.

AXIS BANK :-

The CBI on Friday carried out searches at 16 locations in Ahmedabad after booking 12 people, including Axis bank employees, for alleged illegal cash deposits of around Rs. 100 crore post demonetization. The cash deposits of Rs. 100.57 crore in purported shell companies' accounts in Axis Bank's Manager branch in Ahmedabad were in violation of RBI notifications issued after November 8 last year, when the government, in a sudden move, scrapped Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500 notes. The CBI has booked branch manager Yasha Mehta, operations head Ahbhimanyu Singh Naruka and customers' relations officer Rita Kumar and nine others, including the cash handlers.

STATE BANK OF INDIA :-

State Bank of India's bad loans have ballooned approximately 50 per cent in the span of a year and those of its five associate banks by 170 per cent. The bank will likely have to increase its provisioning for bad loans -- setting aside money to partly cover the non-performing assets (NPAs) following its merger with five subsidiaries. SBI, which had a provisioning coverage ratio of about 59 per cent, said that after the merger it will revisit the NPAs and provide accordingly ."

LARSON & TUBRO :-

Engineering conglomerate L&T on Friday named S N Subrahmanyan as its new CEO with effect from July, while long-serving

head A M Naik will become its non-executive Chairman effective October 1.The appointments, approved by the board of Larsen &

Toubro today, will mark a major change in leadership positions at the company where Naik has served for over 52 years, including

as its head for over 17 years. He became CEO and Managing Director in 1999 and was appointed as chairman in 2003.

ANSAL PROPERTIES:-

On April 7, 2017 Nomura Singapore Limited sold 1,011,776 shares of Ansal Properties at Rs 20.17 per share onn the NSE. Ansal Properties & Infrastructure closed at Rs 20.45, up Rs 1.75, or 9.36 percent.
