A. Call 1-800-282-3000 to shop by phone. If you prefer to shop online at Melaleuca.com, contact us for your customer ID.

Q. When can I shop?

A. Our friendly employees are ready to take your order directly by phone. Weekday phone ordering hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (MT) and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed Sundays and

major holidays, but you can shop 24 hours, 7 days a week at Melaleuca.com.

Q. What is a Preferred Customer?

A. Preferred Customers shop with Melaleuca at least once per month and order at least 35 Product Points monthly. Preferred Customers receive a 30%–40% discount off the regular price on products and receive exclusive access to Preferred Customer benefits.

Q. What are Loyalty Shopping Dollars?

A. As a thank you, Melaleuca rewards all new customers with $20 Loyalty Shopping Dollars every month for the first five months when customers shop with us. They can be used to buy our most popular products featured on pages 22–23. To qualify, you must use the Dollars in the month that they are earned and after placing your 35 Product Point monthly order. (See pages 22–23 for details.)

Q. How do I tell my friends about Melaleuca?

A. It’s understandable that you would want to share Melaleuca’s world-class products with your friends and family. As a catalog- and referral-based company, Melaleuca not only makes this process easy, we make it rewarding

you may be used to because they are highly concentrated. That means that we don’t use unnecessary fillers or extra water to dilute our formulas. From mouthwash to dishwasher detergent, you either mix the concentrate with water yourself or simply use less. This saves you money with every use and reduces environmental impact by reducing fuel costs in shipping and reducing the packaging size to minimize waste. Plus, instead of paying for a pump and sprayer every time you purchase a product, we offer the items separately. Buy them once and you not only save money, but you help save a lot of plastic and the environment!

Q. Why does Melaleuca have Product Points?

A. Each product is assigned a point value. This value is important for three reasons:

1. It helps you determine how many products you need to order each month to receive your 30%–40% discount and save.

2. Points are used to

calculate the referral commission paid to the person who introduced you to Melaleuca.

3. After your first five months, you can earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars each time you shop (10% of your Product Points when you order online by the 25th, 5% when you order by phone by the 15th or by ordering online after the 25th).

Q. What if I forget to shop and place an order?

A. Real life doesn’t always follow a calendar, and when life gets hectic some things can slip through the cracks. We understand and we’re here to back you up. As a Preferred Customer, if you forget to shop during the month or do not order the minimum monthly Product Points, we’ll automatically send your pre-selected backup order and charge your account
