Where are the Household Waste Recycling Centres?Ampthill, Abbey Lane, MK45 2SA Biggleswade, Bells Brook, SG18 0NA

If you are visiting a Household Waste Recycling Centre and you are taking a van or large trailer then you will need a permit, which is free.Permits are also required for the disposal of DIY waste, tyres, fridges and freezers. For further information and details of how to obtain a

permit call: 0300 300 8080 or visit www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/reycling Permits should be delivered 1-3 days after a request.

Opening times9am – 5pm Monday to Sunday

The sites are open 7 days a week, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.Please pre-sort your waste and ensure you arrive at least ten minutes before closing time.
