MINIMIZING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTOur machines have been designed with your safety in mind. They are equipped with operator platforms complete with handrails and ladders for ease of access. Safety guards are fitted in key locations, such as the crusher drives and flywheels for operator safety.

We have also implemented measures to lower the environmental impact whilst in operation. Noise reduction measures such as rubber liners, dust suppression features including canvas conveyors and water spray systems are all available to optimise your working conditions.

To ensure we comply with the latest environmental management guidelines we are also ISO 14001 certified, demonstrating our assurance to you that our environmental impact is being measured.

SAFETY FIRSTWe also apply the two concepts of environmental protection and the safety of personnel to our manufacturing operations. All of our factories implement strict measures in ensuring and improving on the safety of both personnel and visitors.

Our wheeled impact crushers are designed for high productivity and ease of transport. Fully assembled on a single trailer frame, we have designed these units to provide complete versatility at a low operating cost.

The patented and highly modularized Sandvik HSI crusher with a revolutionary chamber design results in greater reduction ratios. The crusher can produce products with two curtains (greater breakage), which competitors require three curtain crushers to produce.

An infinite hydraulic curtain adjustment combined with a brake positioning system relieves pressure and setting when un-crushable objects enter the crusher. No hydraulic power is required during normal operation reducing total power consumption.
