Terms and Conditions
2016 Swimming Australia Gala Dinner Competition
Entries are limited to 1 per person.
To place an entry, contestants must write about their favourite moment from the 2016 Rio Olympics or Paralympics, and ex-
plain why it’s their favourite moment in 100 words or less.
Contestants must enter on the Swimming NSW Facebook page or by email (not both). To place a valid Facebook entry, con-
testants must “Like” the Swimming NSW Facebook page and comment with their entry. To place a valid email entry, contest-
ants must email their entry to [email protected]. Entries must be 100 words or less.
The winner must be a member of a Swimming NSW-affiliated club and have a Financial membership.
If the winner is under 18, the winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the event.
The winner must be able to travel on Sunday, 6 November, 2016. Return flights are available on Monday, 7 November, 2016
or at a time decided by the winner and/or parent.
One hundred dollars money is provided to the winner for use with taxi fares to/from the airport and/or to the event. If the
winner spends over this amount, the winner will need to fund the additional cost.
The competition will close at midnight on Thursday, 20 October, 2016 AEDT and a winner will be selected on Friday, 21 Octo-
ber, 2016. Entries submitted after this time will not be included in the competition.
The winner will be notified by phone and an announcement will be made on Facebook and the Swimming NSW website.
