Creating a new document
To create a document:Select
Select
Changing the file name
Click once and rename
Formatting -- Setting the font
On the Home Ribbon:Change font to Times New Roman
Change font size to 12
Formatting -- Setting the spacing
On the Home Ribbon:Click on “Line Spacing”
Set at 2 (double space)
Formatting -- Setting margins
On the Page Layout Ribbon:Set margins to “Normal” (1” all around)
Formatting -- Setting paragraph spacing
On the Page Layout Ribbon:Set spacing “Before: 0 pt” and “After: 0 pt”
The document is now formatted
