The items on our Game Day Menu were selected because they can beprepared and served during the event. Please allow 45 minutes for deliveryof your order. Credit card payment for game day orders is required at thetime the order is placed.

All game day orders are subject to sales tax and a 15% service charge. Foryour next XFINITY Center event consider ordering in advance for access toour full catering menu with a more extensive array of food options.

If you would like, we will be happy to setup a standing order for your suite. The standing order will give you the same food every game without theinconvenience of reordering for each event. All items serve 12 guests.

Suite Representative The identified Suite Representative is the person authorized to placeorders, invoice, talk with the Suite Attendants, share necessary informationwith guests, and tell us about any special arrangements for your suite. Wewill inform the Suite Representative about special events and menus. Anyquestions for us should come through the Suite Representative.

How to OrderIn order to meet all of your food and beverage requirements, your ordershould be placed in advance. Orders placed in advance allow for a greaterselection for you and your guests.

Advance Order Deadlines:Advance orders must be placed by 3:00 pm as follows:Wednesdays for Monday eventsThursdays for Tuesday eventsFridays for Wednesday eventsMondays for Thursday eventsTuesdays for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events

Please place your advance order online through our web-based orderingsystem (http://suites.umd.edu). Log in to place orders and access previousand future game orders. Any questions or problems with the system canbe directed to the Terptations at XFINITY Center by phone (240-462-9181)or email (terptations@umd.edu).

Delivery and Service Food will be delivered throughout the game at the times you specify whenyou place your order. If you do not specify a time, your food will bedelivered at game time. Attendants will be stationed outside of your suitethroughout the game to ensure that everything is delivered and that anyadditional needs you have are met.

Standing Orders Food and beverages are available as a standing order. Just let us knowwhat you’d like and we’ll deliver that order to your suite every time. Emailus your order with the notation "standing order" and we'll call you back toconfirm the details.

ORDERING 21

Game Day Orders A Suite Attendant is available if a game day order is needed. Game dayorders are supplements to advance orders and the menu is limited to thoseitems easily prepared and served during the event. When needed, giveyour game day order to your Suite Attendant, allowing 45 minutes fordelivery. Food or beverages ordered during the event require either acredit card to be charged at the time of order or a card on file to becharged with the authorization of the Suite Representative.

Payment Arrangements Suite Holders will be asked to have a credit card number or University KFSnumber on file with the Terptations at XFINITY Center. Invoices must be paidprior to the event. KFS invoices will be billed after the event. Game dayorders are payable at the time the order is placed.

Service Charge and Sales Tax Food and non-alcoholic beverages are subject to 6% sales tax. Alcoholicbeverages are subject to 9% sales tax. A 15% service charge will be addedto cover administrative costs. This is not intended to be a tip or gratuity, anytips or gratuities based on quality of service received are at the suiteholder’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy In the event you need to cancel an order, please do so at least twobusiness days before the event. Due to costs incurred, orders cancelledless than two business days before the event will be charged at 50% of theinvoice price.

Food and Beverage ServiceThe University of Maryland policy requires that Suite Holders and guestsuse Terptations at XFINITY for food and beverage service in the suite. Foodand beverages purchased elsewhere in the XFINITY Center are notpermitted in the XFINITY Suites, and food or beverages served in theXFINITY Suites may not be removed from the Suites. Any food or

The University of Maryland Athletics Council has developed the followingpolicies for the safe service of alcoholic beverages in XFINITY Center.

Alcoholic beverages may be obtained through Terptations at XFINITY andcannot be otherwise brought into or removed from XFINITY. Any alcoholicbeverages brought into XFINITY are subject to confiscation.

Alcohol can be ordered only if food is also ordered for the suite. No suitewill be sold alcohol without a food purchase for that game.

Hard liquor is not available for consumption before noon on Sunday. Beerand wine can be available.

Orders for alcohol can be placed until the start of the 2nd half for Men’sbasketball games and until the start of the 3rd quarter for Women’sBasketball games. Alcohol may not be removed at any time from thesuites, including at the conclusion of the game. For your convenience,Terptations at XFINITY will secure and store any alcoholic beverages thatwill fit in your suite refrigerator.

Alcohol must be poured into cups provided in the suite and may not at anytime be consumed from cans or bottles.

The minimum drinking age in the state of Maryland is 21 years of age. EachSuite Holder is responsible for monitoring and controlling the service andconsumption of alcohol within his/her Suite. The University’s alcoholicbeverage control officials and the suite attendants are authorized to enterthe suite to check identification and monitor alcohol consumption.

The University of Maryland assumes no responsibility for the service,possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the suite. Underagedrinking and the possession or use of alcohol in any manner contrary to law isprohibited. These rules and regulations apply to Suite Holders and occupantsof the suite regardless of whether the Suite Holder is present in the suite.

GUIDELINESAccessYou and your guests will have access to your suite 1.5 hours prior to gametime for men’s games and 1 hour prior to game time for women’s games.You may remain in your suite 30 minutes after the end of the game.

Game Day AtmosphereAll Suite Holders and guests are requested to respect the rights of otherSuite Holders and ensure that all activities conducted in the suite area aredone in a thoughtful and courteous manner.

Suite Holders agree to maintain the suite in good condition and toreimburse the University of Maryland Athletics Department for any damagedone to the suite other than ordinary wear and tear.

Game Day Suite ContactFor corporate suites or suites held by more than one individual, the SuiteRepresentative should designate a game-day host who will acceptresponsibility for the activities within the suite for that particular game. This host should make him or herself known to the Suite Attendant.

Re-entry into XFINITY Suites Guests can come and go as they please.

SecurityAny time you leave your suite, please be sure to remove all personalproperty. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any misplacedproperty, equipment, or other articles left unattended. Unsecured itemsfound in the suite will be forwarded to Fan Assistance Lost and Found.

Clear Bag PolicyEffective Fall 2016, fans are able to carry the following style and size bagsinto Xfinity Center: bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do notexceed 12” x 6” x 12”, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag orsimilar), and small clutch bags, measuring 4.5” x 6.5” with or without ahandle or strap. Other bags will not be permitted.

SmokingSmoking is not permitted anywhere in XFINITY Center, including all outsidebalconies.

Each Suite Holder and all of his/her party are responsible for complying with the terms of the lease and policies.

How do I enter the arena?Suite holders are permitted to enterany of the six public gates available.

How do I get to my Suite?All suites are located on the secondlevel of the XFINITY Center. Suites#1-10 are located on the north sideand suites #11-20 are located on thesouth side.

What time do the suites open and close?The suites will be unlocked whenthe XFINITY doors open which is 1.5hours prior to tip-off for men'sgames and 1 hour before tip-off forwomen's games. Suites will remainopen until 30 minutes after the end of the game.

What other areas of XFINITY can Iaccess with my suite ticket?All areas a normal ticket would haveaccess to (i.e. concessions stands,Terrapin Team Store, concourse).

They must beseated in the lap of a parent orguardian and not interfere with thesight line of other patrons.
