基地东至上街区洛宁路,北至陇海铁路,西至荥阳市汜水社区清净沟村,南至上街区中心路,总面积约15.3平方公里。其中A区主要分布以中铝河南分公司为主的工业厂房;B区主要分布大量的农田和村庄,沿X107和工业路两侧分布一定数量的工业厂房;C区分布大量农田,山体和村庄。上街站与中铝站均位于A区,基地外上街机场距基地1.3KM。
This site has a area of approximately 5.9 square miles. Luoning Road in Shangjie District is its eastern border; Longhai Railway is its north border; Qingjingou Village is its western border and the southern border is Zhongxin Road. Going to the each area, Area A has a variety of factory buildings; Area B has a large number of farmland, villages and some factory buildings along X107 and Gongye Rd; Area C has manyfarmland, mountains and villages. Shangjie Station and Zhonglv Station are in Area A, Shangjie Airport is 0.8 miles far away from the site.

郑州位于中国东部,其有较好的地理位置。地块位于郑州西部,地处第一站点的西部和航空经济试验区的西北部。

Zhengzhou is located in Eastern part of China, which has a good location to have a trade with other cities and even other countries, such as Japan, and Russian. The site is located in western part of Zhengzhou, and then the First Dry Port and Aerptropolis Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone are all close to it.
This site is lack of streets from north to south, resulting in existing freight traffic heavily relying on Kunlun Rd, therefore no other alternative traffic flow in this site. Lianhuo Highway entrance properly have a large traffic concentration. This area also has a problem of sharing roads between pasengers and goods.

Case Study-Guizhou Chenggong Container Logistics Base规模:地块北起马料河南岸,南至红毛山北麓,东临石龙公路,西至昆玉高速,总占地面积11.3平方公里。功能布局:以铁路集装箱物流为核心的国际陆港,包括商贸物流,粮食仓储,居住配套,保税物流,商贸会战,货运枢纽,公园及预留物流。 Scale:the site has a total area of 11.3 square kilometers. The northern border is the south side of Maoliao River, the northern border is Hongmaoshan, the eastern border is Shilong Rd and the western border is Kunyu Highway. Land use: the site has multiple uses based on the core of railway container logistic , including Merchant Logistics, Food Warehouse, Residential District, Bonded Logistics, Business District, Freight Hub, Parks and Reserved Land.

The most active node is the square of commercial center on the eastern side and several nodes are located in Kunlun Rd, and Yanhuang Freeway.
This site is divided into four different types of district, including Logistics District, Manufacturing District, Commercial District, and Aluminum Oxide District.
Main street corridors in this site are Kunlun Rd, LuoningRd and Jiyuan Rd and a new one, located in the north of Xinxiang Rd.
The site is surrounded by lots of open spaces and full of open spaces along Sishui River.
Main edges are Longning Rd, Xinxiang Rd, ZhongxinRd, Kunlun Rd and a new road on the northern side.

区域交通由两条铁路、两条高速以及沿黄快速路组成。 货运交通由昆仑路、新乡路、峨眉路、雁山路及昆仑路西侧规划道路组成。客运交通由洛宁路、安阳路、基地西侧边界道路组成。内部道路联系基地各个区域,形成完整的道路体系。
Regional Transport is composed of two railways, Longhai Railway and Yuesui Railway, two highways, including Lianhuo Highway and Shangxin Highway and Yanhuang Freeway.Freight Transport is composed of Kunlun Rd, Xinxiang Rd, Emei Rd, Yanshan Rd and several planned roads on the western side of Kunlun Rd. Passenger Transport is composed of Luoning Rd, Anyang Rd and one edge road on the western side of the site. Roads in Internal Transport connect each of districts, forming a complete road system.

铝产品及有色金属商品经陇海铁路上街站与月随铁路新规划货站进入基地进行物流,集输及制造,然后回到货站经铁路发送至省际、省域和市域。
Aluminum products and nonferrous metal prod-ucts are transported into the site for gathering, distributing and manufacturing by Shangjie Station of Longhai Railway and a new station of Yuesui Railway and then transported back to other areas, cities and provinces by railways.
