YES LAUNCHES NEW ‘WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY’ PROJECT WITH A CONTEST TO WIN A TICKET TO THE INTERNATIONAL STARTUP FESTIVAL MONTREAL Youth Employment Services (YES), with financial support from Status of Women in Canada, is launching a brand new initiative designed to engage and encourage women in Quebec to enter technology-based careers and business startups. To celebrate the launch of this exciting YES project, International Startup Festival has generously donated a ticket for their upcoming event to one lucky female YES Entrepreneur. Taking place on Wednesday July 11 – Friday July 13, 2012 in the Old Port of Montreal, International Startup Festival is set to be an epic event featuring over 40 speakers, 20 informative tents, several rounds of startup and elevator pitches and many exciting off-festival events too.
