Anatomy & Physiology
Study of 206 Bones, 70 Muscles with their origin, insertion and their action in particular asanas. Human body systems including cardio vascular, digestive system, respiratory system Planes and axis of Human Body Medical terms for body movements, joints and viewing angles
We master BODY SYSTEMS to an extent that a student can design suitable sequence to address a particular system.
We master the BONES and MUSCLES to an extent that a student can identify from a distance which muscles is being used in any posture. Dr.Deepak terms it as developing ‘Yogic sight’
