    EVERLASTING INSIGHT

Find Out With Equnamity Dharma, Truth And Purity

In The Light Of Science, Knowledge And Inner Self. AllThe External Teachers And Scriptures Leave You,Dependent On Them.

have been thought provoking questions on Dharma, God andthe constitution. Laws and regulations in God, Dharma andcountry, in a way, play a vital role in developing loving kindness,

peace, harmony, love, empathy and progress. Unfortunately, some peoplerepresenting different communities, in order to gain immediate mileagespread myths about Dharma. They very well know that Dharma neverallows spreading hatred among people and thus disintegrating nations and hearts. Even then, theyabuse Dharma due to their narrow mindedness. Such people are dangerous to the society and thecountry. There should not be any doubt in the evidences gathered by the Rishis and enlightened peo-ple. It is possible that many Gurus, priests, Maulanas and Granthis may not be preaching Dharma inits true form; it may be an illusion or a charade. So their self-interests, exhortations, and dark wis-dom may not allow you to touch true Dhrama. And if you happen to explain Dharma under the

influence of self-interests, exhortations, and dark wisdom then you will not touch the Dharma too.So, start a quest to find out with detachment the Dharma, truth and purity in the light of science, knowledge and inner self. All the external teachers and scriptures leave you dependent on them. Soour Rishis, understanding the elemental knowledge direct us to be the Guru of our own selves. Startyour quest of Dharma, Truth and Supreme God from within. At the time of our independence, some learned people learnt about the constitution of several coun-tries. So, several laws and regulations, which existed in English rule and carried an underlined themeof Divide and Rule, were adopted with out any changes. Presently, there is an urgent need to debateon a few laws related with Dharma and constitution with affirmative views. And in doing so, it hasto be ensured that religious sentiments of people from differne faiths are not hurt.People should find ways to avoid division based on the caste, religion and terrorism. At present, there is an urgent need to solve a few burning issues and questions. In ancient times, when there wasno religious book of instruction, does that mean that there was total anarchy? Thousands of yearsago there were no temples, mosques, churches or Gurudwaras. All the people were praying Godunder the sky only. All over the country, there are similar definitions and explanations. Dharma isalso a science of our lives. Why cant there be similar explanations and definitions? Some religion-

based institutions are spreading wrong message in the name of Dharma. In the society, we need con-stitution and laws to maintain discipline, order, unity and ethical values. Similarly we need Dharmain order to maintain inner peace and happiness. We all are human beings first, then a Hindu, aMuslim or a Christian next. If we happen to be human beings first, then why cant there be a singleconstitution and Dharma of the whole world community. Why cant our learned and able peoplehave a common code of conduct and a single constitution? Why cant every woman get an equalright? In the context of the country, there should be a review on the reservation policy based on casteand religion. Now the time has struck when all the noble and learned people explain Dhrama andour constitution, away from the influence of the temples, mosques, churches, parliaments and leg-islative assemblies. There should be an explanation of the Dharma and constitution based on thehuman values and their sentiments leaving aside our self interests, narrow-mindedness and ortho-doxy. Dharma and constitution should be shaped in such a way that every country and every per-son may adopt it. Dharma is for unity, peace and non-violence. It should not be turned into aninstrument for disintegration, anarchy and spreading violence.

from slavery, yet in the country, in the name of governance exploitation, injustice, corruption and atrocities are on the peak; insecurity and lack of

faith is prevalent. In such a situation, the country needs a purely nationalistic idea. And anew independence can be ushered-in, by dislodging corrupt, dishonest and criminalsperched on top of the political system. A a strong democratic country can be built byhanding over political power to nationalistic, patriotic, transparent people, who happen tobe visionaries, humanistic, spiritualistic. The MPs and MLAs that we elect for oursupreme parliament; that parliament is the foremost centre of power and resources of thenation. Parliament is the centre of all the systems in the country. Political system decidesthe kind of education system we adopt and what should our children be taught. Politicalsystem is accountable for our medical system, economy and law and order in the country.

cal system. Elect noble people for the joband the only way to do this is to exerciseyour franchise 100 percent.

Swamiji says like in Italy, Australia, France, and Germany and over 30 countries, exer-cising an individual's franchise is manda-tory; he wants to bring the same law to thiscountry. Then only it is possible to bring anend to exploitation, injustice and corrup-tion and it will end insecurity and lack offaith among people. And India in realterms can become a strong democraticnation. Otherwise only 25-30 percent peo-ple vote and all the people becomes a vic-tim of bad governance. Corrupt leaders byoffering false promises continue to loot thewealth of the country in the name of devel-opment.

I consider not exercising my franchise asmaligning our independence and democ-racy. If we do not vote then our independ-ence is under a serious threat. Our inde-pendence earned by martyrs will trans-form into slavery. Martyrs and brave free-dom fighters did not sacrifice their lives sothat weak, corrupt, dishonest and cowardsmay rule the country. For the current polit-ical degeneration all of us are equallyresponsible. So, take a vow to exercise our franchisefully so that a strong democratic countrycan be built. We will bring true independ-ence in the country and will get rid offpolitical slavery. Since we do not vote, thepower is transferred to corrupt people andthe whole country suffers. To conclude, wewish all the countrymen happyIndependence Day and exhort people to

join Bharat Swabhiman' to realiseSwamiji's vision of making India economicand spiritual lord of the world.

    We are free

P olitical system is accountable fordeveloping agricultural system, eradi-cating poverty, hunger and illiteracy and

ensuring optimum usage of manpower tocurb unemployment. If political system isfine, the whole system of the countryworks properly. When we talk of polity, nationalism, national duty, we mean all thesystems in the country, laws, ideal valuesand traditions, which bring progress andhappiness to the country and the countrymoves on the path of development. Butunfortunately most of the leaders headingthe system are not correct, which is result-ing into corruption in the country. Andcorruption breeds poverty, hunger andcrime.Venerable Swamiji believes that if corrup-

tion is curbed in the country, we will have10 lakh crore rupees more for the develop-ment of the country. Millions of more peo-ple can be employed; there will be allround development in the country and thecountry will be stronger, harmonious andfree from crime. Our ideals for national duty or polity, democracy and political system are - bestamong humans the king Ram, YogeshwarKrishna, Chandragupt, Vikramditya,Samrat Ashok, Chatrapati Shivaji, NetajiSubhash Chand Bose, Tilak, Gokhle, Ironman Saradar Patel and Lal Bahadur Shastriand others. But currently, most of the cor-rupt, dishonest, people without dignity aregoverning our country. And if any patriot-ic, honest and individual with integrityhappens to talk of replacing this ugly sys-tem with a clean and honest political sys-tem then these corrupt, dishonest andcriminal people do not like this. It's an illu-sion that we can continue to remain silentand gods will oblige us to bring that much-needed change. Don't live a life of despair;identify your strengths and come togetherto defeat devilish forces. Dislodge all thecorrupt people sitting on top of our politi-

A t least Rs 10 lakh crores out of this Rs 20 lakh crores is gulped by corrupt peo-ple. If this Rs 10 lakh crores is equally distributed among 600 districts acrossthe country, every district will get about Rs 4.5 crores everyday for its development.

Every year at least Rs 1666 crores will be spent in a district and if it could be made

possible, nobody will be unemployed in any part of the country. If the problem of

unemployment is properly dealt with, we will be able to make a strong and pros-

perous India. In short; corruption is the root cause of unemployment and all other

    problems faced by our nation.

The government's money which is looted by corrupt and dishonest officers and

politicians is actually collected from the farmers and hard working citizens in the

form of about 64 taxes like- land tax, house tax, road tax, service tax, VAT, income

tax, sells tax, water tax and excise duty. This money in the form of taxes is paid by us for the development of our country.

But it is pocketed by corrupt and dishonest officers and politicians.

Let us come forward to pledge that we won't let the wealth earned by our hard work

to go into the hands of corrupt and dishonest officers and politicians.

people and criminals are getting elected to ruleover us because most of the patriots and honest cit-

izens of this country don't want to cast their votes. This is the

reason why the government's revenue earned from the hardwork of the people of this country is being looted. Local bodies, state governments and central government in totality make abudget allocation of Rs 20, 00000 crores every year. During fis-cal year 2008-09, the total budget of all state governments was Rs909444.75 crores while the total central budget for the same fis-cal year was Rs. 801600 crores. If we add the budgets of localauthorities, municipal corporations and development authori-ties, the total budget expenditure for the year 2008-09 goes up toRs 20, 00000 crores

When we say it is my country, my

nation then we should also realize thegreatness associated with our culture andcivilization. If we don't realize this great-ness, then our notion of 'our country'becomes petty. Present world is headingtowards its end and it is the philosophy of'Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam' (Let us makewhole world a family) and the ethicsenshrined in article 51 of our constitutionthat can save this world from its destruc-tion. It is high time to disseminate thephilosophy and the values in the world.Yoga guru Swami Ramdevji is workinghard to make a prosperous and culturallyrich India. He is working to make India a

healthy, clean, self-dependent, hungerfree, unemployment free and poverty freenation. He is also working to control thepopulation of this country and also stim-ulating people to make 100% voterturnout in the elections to eradicate poli-tics of corruption. The Complete

Truth ofBlack Moneythe government is so scared of this move-ment against corruption? Why the democ-

racy was murdered? We bring to you the factsbehind the complete truth of blackmoney -

    Why

these many national naturalresources like coal, iron, gas, petroland diamonds etc have been sold bysome corrupt people and haveinvested the thus accumulatedworth in our country and foreigncountries. These corrupt people donot have any rights on this money, itbelongs to the country.

    ?How much is it worth?

Global Financial Integrity (G.I.F.),International Monetary Reserves(I.M.F.), World Bank, Tax JusticeNetwork and TransparencyInternational etc. their studies andprojections by leading economistsall over the world and the currency

printed out by the Reserve Bank ofIndia are a proof leading to the factthat black money amounting to 400lakh crores is from India only. Outof this 75% is deposited in foreignbanks in Switzerland, Mauritius,Italy, Dubai, Singapore andLuxemburg etc. and about 25% of itis invested in land, gold and othermeans.

    ?Who owns the black money

    ?

    What is Blackmoney?

Through illegal mining, looting themoney from government projectsfunds midway, indulging in briberyand saving tax, the money that hasbeen deposited in the country andforeign banks is black money. Thisblackmoney is our national propertyand it belongs to 1210 millionIndians. Our country is blessed with89 types of natural resources equal-ing 20 thousand lakh crores. Out of

    (Rs. 8.64 lakh crores)Luxemburg8.49 Trillion $

    (Rs. 380.70 lakh crores)

And so in this way out of this 2000lakh crores rupees, 300-400 lakhcrores is of India and internallyabout 100 lakh crores is invested. What else could be more unfortu-nate, surprising and injustice thatEuropean countries are developingand living in luxuries on the blackmoney from the Asian countrieswhere people are dying out ofhunger and poverty. It is a matter ofglobal shame and this should bestopped immediately. As per theglobal hunger report people dyingout of hunger and malnutrition inIndia every minute is 13, every hour883 and in a day about 20,000. The

day this black money could bebrought back to our country, oureconomy and our currency wouldbe strong enough to buy 50 $ inexchange for Rs. 1 and India wouldbe the economic superpower in theworld. Even after the corrupt prac-tices and system the external debt.on India is only 0.237 TrillionDollars (Rs. 10.66 lakh crores) andinternal or public debt is only 0855Trillion Dollars (Rs. 38.48 lakhcrores). After India the movement to topplethe economy of black money would

be run in other Asian countries alsoand the whole Asian region wouldbe leading the world in develop-ment and would leave America waybehind in terms of development. Most of the External debt is theblack money only. Every countryneeds money for development andso how could one country lend toanother one when they need it for

deposited in the foreign coun-tries and who is using it?The maximum amount of blackmoney is amassed by some corruptpoliticians, some bureaucrats andcunning industrialists. Foreigncountries are developing by usingthis money which is deposited intheir banks in the form of foreigndebts and enjoying it whereas coun-tries like India are forced to live alife of poverty, hunger and scarcityaffecting its global image.Countries using this black money inthe form of debt are as following-Note: Unfortunately what we termas black money is saved in 70 coun-

For Example - The debt situationin America and some Europeancountries is as following :-Debt taken from foreign countries(External Debt):America 14.39 Trillion $

Frequent travelers to such taxheavens leaving the few genuinecases are the ones who travel

extensively to deposit black moneyfrom our country.

    b. People living in India doing trans-actions through their foreignaccounts could be tracked easilyby technical investigations orInternational InformationGateways surveillance.

    c. Almost 50 lakh crores invested inIndia through Mauritius belongsto such people only and all suchinvestments and properties shouldbe declared as State Property.

    d. There are many ways of counter-ing the black money depositedinside the country and could beused to get the black money back, like currency recall which wouldrequire one and all to

    e. 3deposit currency of higherdenomination back to the bankand could get the same amountback in currency of smallerdenomination, people would notloose on their hard earned moneyand those who have accumulatedunaccountable money saving taxwould have to return it back. Itcould be discussed in detail and

we have tried to do so in the arti-cles from Bharat Swabhiman. Thegovernment could easily identifythose corrupt people also whohave invested their black money ingold and land acquisitions also, byinvestigating on lockers in thebanks and a partial investigation atthe Tehsil level for land acquisi-tion.

    f. Corrupt people could also betaken through Narco analysis andwould serve its purpose as the lasteffective option to curb blackmoney.

?Who has the sole democraticrights to bring back the blackmoney deposited in the for-eign banks, to pass ombuds-man law and to make otherstrict laws to curb corruptpractices and laws?

The chosen government or theParliament has the rights to curb allcorruption and black money, and

themselves. If the all black moneycould be returned to the country ofits origin then no country wouldremain poor including India. Blackmoney and corruption are twobiggest problems all over the world.

?Where is the Black Moneyfrom India deposited?

More than 70 tax heavens likeSwitzerland, Dubai, Italy, Bahamas,Saintkits, Virgin Island andSingapore etc have this black money

    deposited in their banks.

?How this money goes to theforeign banks?

By profiting over the details of clientkept secret corrupt people depositthis money on their own usinghawala, over-invoicing and under-invoicing. And now Indian govern-ment has licensed the foreign banksfrom Switzerland and Italy to opentheir branches in India whichdeposit the aforementioned black

money with them so that the lootedmoney could easily be deposited inthe country of its origin by the cor-rupt people without having anyproblems.

?How could it be determinedwho has deposited how muchand how could it be broughtback?

    a. All the countries mentioned abovewhere this black money has beendeposited have their consulates

here in India and when peoplevisit these countries they apply fora visa and the Indian immigrationdepartment also knows about thetraveling destination of such peo-ple or where they are comingfrom. This complete detail is withthe government and using thesame it could check who all areinvolved in the black money dis-position. The frequency of suchtravel details could easily point outthe black money regulators.

There is deepconspiracy bythe govern-ment to sup-press this

issue. The governmentwishes to sup-press this issuesomehow so thatblack money ofmany of itsbureaucrats, leaders andindustrialistscould stay safe.

The governmentin itself ismerged in blackmoney.

this decision supports our concernsthat regarding this movement thatwe are right and the government

was and is not capable enough ofdoing anything on this front.

?Has any country brought itsblack money back from theSwiss Banks till date?

When Nigeria could get its 522 mil-lion dollars, Peru could get its 180million dollars, Philippines couldget its 624 million dollars andZambia could get its 52 million dol-lars and America prosecuted 4000thousand of its citizens involved indepositing their black money andthus get its trillions of dollars back. And in the same fashion ifGermany, Tunisia and Pakistancould get their black money back, why can't India get its black moneyback till date?

?How would the governmentbringing back the blackmoney would rule at the cen-ter?

It would only be possible when allwould vote for the right governmentto bring back the black money andthis is what we have been promot-ing as a National Vote Bank to votefor the progress and development ofcountry!

?What the country would getfrom this movement and bybringing back the blackmoney?

    a. The economy and currency would

gain strength once the 400 lakhcrores comes back to the country, our positive G.D.P would increase.People could be saved from payingtaxes for the next 40-50 years, which would enrich the peopleand almost all commodities wouldbe available at a decreased price by30-50%. Everyone would benefitfrom education and medical facili-ties, everyone would get employ-

the right to chose representatives inthe parliament is with the public. Sowe just need to choose those repre-sentatives this time to form a gov-ernment at the centre which couldbring back the total black moneyand curb all corrupt practices andsystem.

    ?What are the views of

    Supreme Court on BlackMoney?

The respected Supreme Court hastaken some historic decisions on thecentral government this year whichhave bared it on road. The respectedSupreme Court has pointed outblack money as the biggest dangerfor national security. The currentgovernment is not fulfilling its dem-ocratic and constitutional responsi-bilities and works on being repri-manded by the Supreme Court only. The government's intentions are notclear and this comment is a slap onthe face of government. Blackmoney has blackened its faceSupreme Court has said it umpteentimes that why the government isholding back the names of the cor-rupt people involved in black moneyregulation. When the current gov-ernment failed to bear its responsi-bilities the respected Supreme Courtitself formed a investigation com-mittee (S.I.T.)to investigate the blackmoney. This step taken by therespected Supreme Court is a proofto the face as to why we need thismovement against black money. As

There aremany ways toget back theblack and un-accountedmoney in cir-culation

Currency recallwould ensurethat a hugechunk of blackmoney returnsback to thenational reserveimmediatelyand those whohave genuinewealth would

get their moneyback in curren-cy of smallerdenominations.

the judgment within a year in timeand all the properties thus accu-mulated with the corrupt means

could be forfeited.e. System Change - Atrocities could

not be committed on the farmersas per the land acquisition lawpassed in 1894. A farmer wouldget a status of a skilled labour, anda policy to determine the cost oftheir produce based on costsincurred by them in place of mini-mum cost policy at present. Wewould be able to secure and safe-guard mother earth and all humanbeings by using and promotingorganic fertilizers, pesticides andbiogas. In the field of education, languages would get their dueplace and honour and thus thecapable mind from all fields wouldbe able to get higher education intheir language so that likeGermany, Japan, China, Franceand Russia our nationals couldalso get what they should in thescientific and technical fields.Compulsory voting, State fundingelections and selection of PrimeMinister directly by the peoplewould further strengthen ourdemocracy and would save a lot of

money too and would bring hon-est and capable people to the forein politics and other fields. Thiswould purify the current politicalscenario and would pave stonesfor an ideal political system thusbenefiting the country.

?What would common men getfrom the black moneyreturned to the country?

Every citizen like as of America andBritain would gain respect and hon-

our all over the globe. We would beable to be proud on being Indianand as this black money belongs toall of us it would be used for a pro-gressive development of the countrythus benefiting and enriching everycitizen.

    ?What would Swami ji get

    from this movement againstBlack Money?

ment and our strong economywould further boost our defenseand atomic capabilities thusstrengthening us as a safe self-dependent powerful nation.

    b. Ending corruption would stopbribery, we would achieve com-plete development. It would saveour natural resources from beinglooted at will.

    c. Corrupt system on being correctedwould be justifiable for one and all.All the laws, systems and policiesmade by British people would bescreened and converted as per

Indian necessities. It would help usin respecting our languages andour culture in the education, afarmer being considered unskilledlabour which leads to establishinga price bar without any concernsfor him, the exploitation in thename of land acquisition law of1894, licensing alcohol and cowmeat as per the black law in 1760,Police Act in 1961 to act bar-barously on the public, and 34735such laws which give decisions andnot justice that too after a longwait, all this system was made and

followed as a conspiracy by thenruling British people, it has to beoverhauled and if needed a com-plete change in them in favour ofthe nation.

    d. Independent, strong and impartialombudsman would ensure that noone is indulged in corruption. Themoney thus accumulated throughcorruption could be brought backin use for the development, andthe corrupt could be brought to

justice with life imprisonment orcapital punishment. Public ServiceDelivery Guarantee Act would

ensure that the public works arecompleted in time and the respon-sible authority would have to pay adelay penalty ranging from Rs. 250- 500 on a daily basis which wouldbe directly proportional to thedelay. And repeated delays wouldlead to suspension of such officials. Our judiciaries still have 3.5 crorepending cases and so for immedi-ate action against corrupt peoplespecial fast track courts would beprovisioned so that the guilty gets

A strongpolitical willis needed tobring backthe blackmoney

    stashed inforeignbanks.

    When Tunisia

    could get its

    black money

    back, why cant

    India?

economic loot. If every village andvillager would become rich, itwould lead to an economically

stronger India. If we would not givecompetition to the current multina-tional products qualitatively andquantitatively, how else could westop this economic loot currentlyongoing in India. If we talk abouteconomy, it has never been disre-garded in our ancient texts alsothough accumulating economicpowers through illegal means havealways been condemned. It has beenclearly stated in our ancient textsthat, Sukhasy moolam dharm:|Dharmasya moolam arth:| Arthasyamoolam rajyam|Rajysya moolamin-driyajay:| Our sole goal is to behindrural industrial and indigenoussetup is to make every village anindigenous and independent oneand not to establish an economicalempire.

?Could we save our countrywith few persons sacrifice andhard work?

When only a few corrupt peoplethrough corruption and black

money ruin the country, why can'tfew people then save the countrywith their selfless sacrifice, unityand hard work? Even our culturesays so, 'Bhadrmichant rishay:swvirdastapo deekshamupanishe-durgre| Tato rastram balmojasch

?During the movement confu-sions were created time andtime again be referring to a

letter, after all what was therein the letter?

Both the letters addressed to thehonourable Prime Minister areavailable on the website of BharatSwabhiman and they contain all ourdemands and issues highlightingblack money and system correction.Respected Acharya Balkrihna ji'sletter clearly states that if the gov-ernment agrees to our demands

Swami ji has said several times thathe would abide by his promise ofnever standing in any political elec-tions or accepting any political posi-tion. He would continue to renderhis services by following yoga infavour of the nation as with his self-less philosophy behind this move-ment. Black money on returning tothe country would belong to everyother citizen and not to Swami ji.About 10 billion people treat himwith respect and have faith on him, what else could the politics give

him? He has achieved a lot from hisyoga dharma which no one couldget through politics. He has abettedall his name and fame on this move-ment against black money and hadmade very powerful demonic peoplehis enemy by doing so. He has trav-eled for more than 5 lakh kilometersendangering his life through whichhe has mobilized more than one bil-lion people through yoga for theirnational duties. He still works self-lessly for more 18-20 hours on adaily basis.

?Is there a motive of setting upan economic empire behindrural industrial setup andindigenous movement?

The goal behind rural industries, ideal village establishment and theindigenous movement is to eradicatepoverty from the rural villages andtheir natives along with curbing theeconomic loot by the multinationalcompanies and thus curbing the

progress, by false promises, by lyingand by distributing alcohol andmoney. The day these supporters of

the current government would seethe truth with the help of our vol-unteers visiting them in theirhomes, villages that these same peo-ple are the most corrupt ones andthey are the one who are indulgedin committing atrocities on poorpeople, they would start hating theirrepresentatives and then with thesupport of our 400-500 million peo-ple in favour of the much neededchange would be able to bring a sta-ble honest government at the centrewhich would get the black moneyback for the country and would do

justice with the common men inthis country.

?The biggest obstacle in chang-ing the system is communal-ism and racism, how is itgoing to be tackled?

We would explain this to all ourpoor, rich and tribes belonging toall regions that the reason behindour illiteracy and poverty, our reli-gion and faith is not the reason but

the reason is this black money andcorruption which has hollowed ourcountry of its true potential. Thatwe different religions and faiths arenot the enemies, not fightingagainst each other but fighting forour rights because if these corruptpeople would not have looted ourcountry none of our brothers or sis-ters would have been poor today.Lets unite together and change thesystem, uproot the corrupt peopleand choose a government capable ofbringing back 400 lakh crores of ourmoney which belongs right here to

all our countrymen so that we allcould see the progress and develop-ment which we have been shown inmany dreams by the current gov-ernment.

?Are there any achievementsyet through the movement?

Two achievements by the move-ment at Ramleela Grounds on 4thof June, 2011, one a message

then we would immediately callback our movement and the sameletter does not have anything else.

?Whether the black moneydepositors would not transferthe black money depositedfrom the swiss banks inbetween this movement?

As per the latest reports after theRamleela Ground Movement about10-15 lakh crores have been movedfrom the swiss banks and during

this time many of our corrupt politi-cal bigwigs were travelling inSwitzerland. Most of the people areworried about, whether by the timewe reach an agreement with thegovernment most of the blackmoney would not be moved fromthe safe tax heavens? We agree andsupport that this movement shouldbe completed as soon as possible tomake sure that all the black moneyshould be returned back to Indiaand those are swindling moneyfrom their banks could also be ques-tioned later on and made to submit

the same amount back to countryreserves.

?Whether to raise concernagainst black money is acrime?

Till 4th June 2011, Baba Ramdev isa nationalist yogi, ascetic and fromthere on, how he turns into orlabeled as a fraud? How come hebecomes someone promoting insta-bility, anarchy, communalism and acriminal? Whether for the reason

that he wants to curb black moneyand corruption?

?What is the national votebank? What would the coun-try get from it?

The party ruling at the centre hasthe support of about 110-120 mil-lion people only and it has got this

vote by deceiving the countrymen,by showing false dreams about

    ?

Why did Swami Ramdev jisurrendered inside theRamleela ground?

    ?Whether Baba Ramdev reallyran away?

We have facts and proofs that ifBaba Ramdev ji would have beenfound inside Ramleela ground, police would have shown himarrested dead.

    Proof No. 1

Police has already provided a fakeemail to the media that Swami ji isin danger from terrorists. Afterkilling Swami ji, corrupt peoplewould have publicized that Swami jiwere killed by terrorists inside thecamp at night. We are publishingthe complete e-mail as it is a veryserious matter. Swami ji who hastravelled all over the country wasnot attacked by any terrorist organi-zation or militia, how could he beattacked in Delhi itself

    ?

Is Delhi a home to terrorists?

Proof No. 2In the dark of night at Ramleelagrounds for the first time in the his-tory sleeping innocent people par-ticipating in the movement wereattacked barbarously, so that theycould never gather strength enoughto participate in any movement. Thesituation remained calm as perSwami ji's appeal to the public tomaintain peace and decorum andalso requested Police to arrest himthrice from the stage which Policedid not approved off. It would havebeen easy for them to use the chaoscreated by them to kill Swami jiusing illicit weapons and then layingclaims that investigations are still onas to who killed him in such a hugeswarm of people, or claiming it as anactivity of some terrorist organiza-tion or some communal groups andit is very much possible to have beenshown as killed by his own people

reached across 121 crore peopleagainst the black money and cor-ruption which prepared an environ-ment for huge mass base which isfilled with hatred against the currentgovernment for its action that wastaken on the peacefully sleepingpeople. Second it has bared the cur-rent government of its true natureand proven that it is a corrupt andbarbaric government and most ofthe black money belongs to themonly. Otherwise, why are they sohesitant in working legally to bring

the black money back to the coun-try?

    ?Who is opposing our move-ment?

Villages, poor citizens against thecountry, nurturing on black money, corruption and corrupt system, national and international powers, multinational companies, drug-traf-fickers, arms-dealers, political big-wigs, media run by corrupt people, brought off intellectuals and some

family of politicians, all those whoin reality are traitors of this countryare the opponents of this movement. If something happens to Swami jinow or later these people would beheld responsible for it.

?Whether in reality there was aconspiracy to kill SwamiRamdev Ji?

    To ignore theissue of blackmoney

    A conspiracywas hatched to

kill SwamiRamdev, thestage was puton fire duringthe satyagrahand Swami jiwas not arrest-ed even onbeing requestedto arrest thrice.

The govern-ment doesnot wishes tobring backthe blackmoney.

    And hence, the

    governmentattacked the

    peacefully

    sleeping people

    at night to sup-

would have been unimaginable tolive. Honourable Swami ji whobrought immense fame to our coun-try takes birth only after eras.Regarding his disappearance fromthe Ramleela grounds, it was not a

matter of cowardice as being killedby these demons was not a matter ofvalor too. So, Swami ji, changed hisappearance like Chhatrapati Shivaji,Arjun and Lord Shiva as that of awomen, taking a form of a motherfor his responsibilities towards hisgoals for the nation saved his life. Some people out of ignorance looktowards the dressings of women indisrespect then it is their fault. Weknow and believe that all are bornout of a mother only.

    ?

Why did they commit such asin?

The only goal of these corrupt, dis-honest, demons is power and prop-erty only. When they got scaredfrom this movement and that bylabeling black money and corruptpeople as traitors thus leading tocapital punishments or life impris-onments thus leading to their ownend, they decided to kill an asceticsaint. One has to decide on theirown that, whether terming blackmoney as national property, to raise

concerns and voices against corruptsystem, practices and laws is acrime, a sin? Our history is a witnessthat even though there are obstaclesin fighting against might demonsbut truth prevails, the win is award-ed to the one who is fighting for thetruth and is true. Though the publicseems helpless in front of the gov-ernment but it has the power tochange rules at the right time.

    from the trust.

Proof No. 3When Swami ji could not be foundthen Police demolished the stageitself by burning the stage itselfthinking as if Swami ji is hiddenaround the stage or under it. Thiswas a heinous and preplanned moveof killing him reminding the burn-ing of lacquer home of the Pandavasin Mahabharat by burning him alive.

Proof No. 4Some of police men who were sup-

posed to arrest him said that, Rubthe Baba wherever you find him, what does this means? You wouldask how could this happen? Ouranswer would be, if peacefully sleep-ing people are not bared by this gov-ernment how could have they leftBaba ji unharmed who is the biggestenemy to all those who are benefit-ing from the black money. All thosecountries in external debt using theblack money, all those companieswho have lost a huge portion of theirprofits due to Baba ji's ventures inrural and urban cities had already

conspired with the corrupt andinhuman government to kill him. When the same powers united earli-er they got Prime Minister LalBahadur Shastri ji (an honest personwho never did wrong to anyone) andNetaji Subhash Chandra Bose killed,so what would have stopped themfrom killing Swami Ramdev ji. Acommittee would have been formedafter his murder to find out the factsthat one already knows off. Threecommittees have been formed afterNetaji Subhash Chandra Bose ji'sdisappearance and all without any

result even after 65 years. The coun-try would have lost a great ascetic atthe Ramleela grounds and his alter-native would have taken centuries tocome. But by the grace of GOD,Swami ji is in between us and so wecan and will do what is required atthe moment, but if we would havelost him, it would have left us withno one to reach to. We would havebeen just cursing the system andnothing else. We could live withoutanything but without Swami ji, it

    Brief description of Chakras

In Atharva veda, almighty describesChakras as- Our body is like holy and spiri-tual city of Ayodhya which contains eightChakras and nine Dwaras (DOORS)- (Ninedoors- Two Nasikas, two Ckshus, twoKarnas, Mukha, Payu and Upastha). Thereis a glowing Hiranya Kosha in this bodywhich is infinite, unlimited and full withpeace, prosperity, bliss and spiritual light. This treasure can be obtained only by aperson who practices Yoga regularly. Let ushave a brief description of these Chakras.

    1] MOOLADHAR CHAKRA:

(Pelvic Plexus, i.e. Root Plexus Vis-A-VisReproductory System)

This Chakra is located at just two inch-es above the anus and two inchesbelow the Upasthamool. This is theorigin of Sushumna (Saraswati) Nadiand Ida (Ganga) nadi from left side. This is why it is also called MuktaTriveni (a free junction of holy rivers). As it happens to be the base ofKundalini shakti which is the basicpower- it is also called Mooladharchakra. Paying concentration on thisChakra makes us healthy and labouri-ous. Arousal of this Chakra makes us

free from all diseases, we become intel-ligent and sharp minded. The diagram of this Chakra shows thatthis first Chakra- Mooladhar Chakraemanates magnificent lights whichsharpens our mind. The gushing oflight from here actually goes up toMooladhar Chakra by passing throughSwadhisthan Chakra. This is the sitewhere Nibid darkness persists. PranSadhana and Dharana Dhyana help usto remove this darkness and to lightenthe Mooladhar Chakra. This is calledKundalini Jagaran.

2] Sushumna Shikhar, 2) Lower part of

abdomen is also connected with thisparticular Chakra, 3) Small intestines

of pink colour, 4) Large intestines of

yellow colour, 5) Anus at the lower end

of the large intestine, 6) Lower part of

spinal cord, 7) Lower mouth of

    Sushumna which is called Sushumna

Mukha Tantu, 9) All the doors get

    lightened.

chakras inside ourbody are the centers

of great powers. All theseChakras begin from the lowerend of our spinal cord and end atits upper end. Normally these

Chakras are in the shape of halfflourished lotus. Their spiritualpower is stimulated by the meansof Brahmacharya, Pranayama andMeditation. The pictorial formsof these Chakras are simply sym-bols of their subtle forms.Similarly, the English names ofthese Chakras like Pelvic Plexusdont describe their real locationbut are also symbolic.

massive industrial revolution not onlyin India but globally, many social and

economical changes have fast occurred. Beforethe industrial development, a larger section ofthe society lived in rural areas depending onfarming for livlihood. They followed the tradi-tion of joint families. They had their own socialsystem and regulations to keep social structureintact and undamaged.

    After

    The Industrial

growth harmedenvironmentaland socialstructure of thesociety. Withthe large-scalemigration fromrural areas tourban areas, the familystructure alsodisturbed. The

sentimentalsupport ofjoint family hasvanished andindividual arefacing tension, which is theroot cause ofserious ail-ments.

and small towns developed, whichultimately proved detrimental tothe concept of joint families. Thus,a new concept of a family unitdeveloped, which included parents

and their children only. This socialchange is an important step ingenerating tension as the environ-ment of this central unit of a fami-ly, settled in big cities is differentfrom the natural and free socialset-up of villages. The major dif-ference is despite many shortcom-ings in joint families each memberof the family had emotional andeconomical security. But now innew concept the emotional safetyof family in urban areas hasdiminished. Now whenever anyfamily faces any problem and need

emotional support, they are lefthelpless.Another ill-effect of this industrialgrowth was population blast inthese big towns, which ultimatelyresulted into many diseases as theresources are limited but popula-tion grew many times more. Thepaucity of resources led to poorliving standard as the family isbound to live in very small area,

T he industrial growth in ourcountry has been the fall-outof western nations industrialdevelopment. Although, it tookalmost a century but now ill-effects of this industrial develop-ment are evident on our social andeconomical structure. Small townsare turning in big cities and citiesare now metropolitans. The lowerclass migrated to big towns to earnlivelihood as laborers. But it wastheir compulsion as economicalcondition was very week and gapbetween financial condition andburden of responsibilities andexpenditure was very wide. Hence, they were left with no alternative. This depressed class worked in dif-ferent industries and factories andcontributed as labors. Thereafter, atrend of migration from villages

full of filth. This caused in envi-ronmental pollution, sentimentalpollution besides economical

problem. And this generated sense of inse-curity in the human being andultimately, people took support ofintoxicants and drugs.Considering Indian history, it isclear that for over 500 years wehad been ruled by invaders andthe last in the series was Britishcolonial rule. And in these years,Indian traditions and the mostpowerful concept of spirituality asway to lead life has vanished. The`sanatan dharma` of India and its

spiritual aspect were enough todeal with the lack of sentimentalsupport, economical and personalproblems. The spiritual aspect wasrevived a little in the second halfof 19th century, i.e. nearly in 1857,when Swami Dayanand ji andSwami Vivekanand ji launchedcultural and social agitations. Many saints took it forward evenin the beginning of 20th century. Thus, it is clear that the new socialstructure, caused due to boom inindustrialization, destruction of

joint families and large-scalemigration of village population tourban areas has impact on thehuman being. It resulted in senseof insecurity and weakness of themind. This complex social, eco-nomical and spiritual change hadimpact on the human psychology, who felt much more insecure thanever before. This tension has cast impact onthe population. In 19th centuryand beginning of 20th century, infection caused more deaths butby the end of 20th century, tension

generated diseases have grown-up.Now a large number of people aresuffering from hypertension, dia-betes, obesity, hearth ailments, stomach and cholesterol relateddiseases. Now it is clear that ten-sion is the mother of all diseases.Yoga, balanced diet and calculatedlife could lead to healthy andpeaceful life.

protagonist of this living worldand its day today activities, lord

Krishna himself chose to express and transcendthe divine, mortal and secret and sacred knowl-edge of Geeta for the sake of Arjun and welfareof all mankind in the war field of Mahabharta.Even after thousands of years it still fills onewith courage, power, valor and awakening in thepresent day today life style.

    The main

    Geeta the mergerof deeds,

religion andrenunciationsystem, living alone could not lead to selfdevelopment. In brief, we see coordinationin Krishna's life and his Geeta -

'Yuktahaarvihaarsya|' After Shri Krishnathe same coordination helped the societyin progress. Jarasangh, Shishupal andKansa were not simple human beings butas compared to theist today, they could notbe considered as lower mortals, but theirideas about religion were not good andthey overplayed religion for their selfish-ness and so were exterminated by ShriKrishna.Shri Krishna never refuted any religiousbooks and he never objected the ancienttexts also, but he drew out explanationsand meanings from all these and preachedpeople to work impartially and selflessly.Even then many wise people create frac-tions in it, saying, 'Geeta suggests to work',and 'Geeta suggest spirituality'. Both theversions are solitary whereas Shri Krishnapreached both keeping a balance. He nei-ther supported deed oriented lifestyle nordid he opposed renunciation. Both are nec-essary in human progression and ascen-sion. Shri Krishna said, 'That who worksimpartially is an ascetic and that whoworks without any expectations is a believ-er in deeds.'Saankhyogau pruthgbaala: pravadanti npandita:' But the truth is that one envisagesas per their wisdom and knowledge, mean-ing one has to perform deeds for sure.

People differentiating in between Deedsand Renunciation are dolly. 'Kaamyanamnyasn sanyasn kavyo vidu:|' In brief, Geetaimpartially explains deeds and renuncia-tion without any ego. Working and renun-ciation are complimentary and supportsand nurture each other. Neither of the twocould be considered as lesser than otherone. Shri Krishna mixed devotion withwork and renunciation and he is thefounder of the religion of devotion and sothe merger of deeds, renunciation and reli-gion is the specialty of Geeta.

S hri Krishna is seen as a powerful godand origin by theists and as extermi-nator by the atheists. The world has beenexplained as the eternal peace and ascen-sion in Geeta. When both the theories

merged then only the society couldprogress on spiritual, cultural and materiallevel. It is a fact that whenever the societyhas followed only one theory it has fallenand lost its prime. It is not perversity, nei-ther it support of complete detention nor isrenunciation also. Everything must be inbalanced state, nothing should be in excessand this is the true path of ascension.Humans could progress only by followingthis path in true forms. And if there is anybook that could guide through the rightpath, it is Geeta only.Immorality is taken care by the marriage

    That whoworksimpartiallyis an asce-tic

    and thatwho workswithout anyexpectations

is a believerin deeds. Butthe truth isthat oneenvisages asper their wis-dom andknowledge.People differ-entiating inbetweenDeeds andRenunciationare dolly.

He was unhappy to seethe colonial rule of British in India, but at the same time when he sawthe people of this country flatteringthe foreign rulers, his agonybecame severe. Seeing the painfulcondition of the country, Bosecould not concentrate on his stud-ies. It was the time when the teach-ings of Lord Buddha gave himpleasure. He realized the fact thathe had not come to this world toenjoy life. He felt that he was bornfor a special and bigger purpose.

But he was unable to decide aboutthe purpose for which he had towork. He would contemplate overthis question in his loneliness. He would always think over theproblems faced by the nation andsociety but cared nothing about hisstudies as the interest of the wholenation was of paramount impor-tance for him than anything else.He would think for hours over whythe first war of independence in1857 failed. He would also thinkover the reasons that helped theBritish to take control over everypart of the nation. He cherished adream to get India free from theclutches of immoral and cruelBritish rulers. When he was being taken to thegallows, he asked his sister Whyare you shedding tears my sister? You should feel proud that yourbrother is going to sacrifice his lifefor the sake of this nation. happily laid down their lives. One of such youth was Khudiram Bose whodied for the nation at a very early age. When he was brought to the gallows,he was just 19 years old.

Thousands of people thronged withflowers in their hands at the sitewhere Bose was to be executed. There was a heavy police deploy-ment at that site. Khudiram wasbeing taken out of his cell to thegallows. That time his face wasglowing with a magnificent light. There was a sign of great confi-dence on his face. The availability of Kokyu-10Kokyu-10 is available everywhere, in

trees, plants, animals and in humanbeings. It is called Kokyu-10 becauseits atoms are linked up with 10 sidestrings of isoprene. Mostly it is seen inour body parts, in which energy con-sumption is much more than otherparts. Kokyu-10 is found in the unre-fined oil of broccoli, spinach, soya (itis very difficult).

Kokyu-10 structure inour bodyKokyu-10 is seen in all of our cells

and in lipoprotein. Each and everycell can be able to prepare the struc-ture of Kokyu-10. The structuralprocedure is highly complex in vita-mins like, vitamin- 6, vitamin B-12,

    vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Naicenemite,

pentothenic acid and vitamic C andit completes its task with the help ofsome tress elements. It is taken fromameno acids called quinon challatyrocene. Methyonin from Methylgroup and the side strings of isopreneare connected with the work path(formation of cholesterol is also donein the same mevelonet work-path) ofmevelonet.

    Commercial production ofKokyu-10

    Prevents problems ofcholesterol,cancer,mind and infertility

    KoEngimekyu-10

Naturalresources areabundant inwith Kokyu-10. Still it isa rareengime. It isrich in natu-ralresourcese

    ven though itis unprocur-able. Theproduction-procedure ofKokyu-10 isvery intri-cate.

kyu-10 is a vitamin like engime, which plays the most significientrole in the formation of cell energy. It has some more names like

ubiquinon, mitoquinin, ubidekarenon and Kokyu-10. The name ubiquinon (ubi= Everywhere) happens to it because it exist in each and every cell of our body, andstructurally it is quinon. Kokyu-10 is soluble in cholesterol. It is extremely power-ful antioxidant and beneficial. Some researchers call it vitamin-kyu. Clinically thisis beneficiary in diseases like, Ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, Highblood pressure, Engina pectoris, mitral valve prolix, diabetes, kidney failure, infer-tility, bails policy, periodical ailments.

radicals in a body. According to theresults of recent research, the bodysuffers with the shortage of Kokyu-10

in diseases like diabetes, liver diseases, heart problem and cancer.

Estimating the status ofKokyu-10 in a bodyA healthy body contains Kokyu-10 inits blood 0.5 -1.0 mg/ml. A healthybody contains Kokyu-10 levels upto1.5 2 grams. Sometimes Kokyu-10would be in normal level, but Kokyu-10 would not be found in sufficientlevels in heart and muscles. Kokyu-10quantity would be correctly estimatedthrough biopsy only.

Functions of Kokyu-10in a bodyKokyu-10 is a constant source ofenergy of cells. This is the prime com-ponent of internal membrane in mito-chondria of a cell. Mitochondria arethe power houses of cells. Differentametabolic functions of different cellstake place here and they create lifeforce A.T.P. (Adenocin Triphosphate)which produce different elements.Kokyu-10 is the most powerfulantioxidant like vitamin C and D.And it protects our body and sensitive

limbs. And they perform many primefunctions like protecting the mem-brane of cells and helping the signal-ing system.

How does Kokyu-10 worksKokyu-10 is the chief component ofan electron transport chain (respirato-ry chain) in mitochondria. Kokyu-10phosphotises (oxidative phosphorela-tion) with the fats, acids, glucose andprotein that are present in mitochon-dria and produces life force adenocitriphsphate or A.T.P. Kokyu-10 is alsoa prime sub component of complex I,

II, III of engime system that is utilizedfor electron Transport chain. Thisperforms more reduction in complexIII (ubiquinone cytochrome c reduc-tase) rather tan complex I (nicoti-namide ademine diucleotide dehydro-genase) and compex II (succinatedehydrogenase) and ultimately trans-fers the place of electrons. This way itplays key role in the production ofenergy in a cell.

Kokyu-10 is produced by yeast or pre-pared with bacteria. Phytal sidestrings can be produced in semi-arti-ficial way with solenosol (bi - productof tobacco) and taking Primary ringwith tyrocyn. In 1974 Japan scientists developedKokyu-10, adding it proper technolo-gy and the product was succeed com-mercially also. This is produced inChina, India, South Korea and ItalyRecently Pasadena and Texas havealso joined this list.

Metabolism of Kokyu-10In our body 60 trillion cells exist andKokyu-10 is seen in each and everycell. As this is not soluble in blood ituses lipoproteins as carriers in bloodcirculation. And this is seen in greatquantity, where the consumption ofenergy is more and where moremetabolic activities take place, ex.Heart, mind kidneys, liver and mus-cles etc. Quantity of ubiquinol is dif-ferent with respect to the tissues in itsredox state. Generally the quantity ofubiquinol is more in blood circula-tion. The ratio of oxydised ubiquinonand ubiquinol in its non mixedstate, performs the deadliness of free

As this is notsoluble inblood it useslipoproteinsas carriers inblood circu-

lation. Andthis is seenin greatquantity, where theconsumptionof energy ismore andwhere moremetabolicactivitiestake place.
