Functionality of the System

• Grantees can:

– Complete reports in multiple sittings (log in/out)

– Move among pages of the report

– View a summary of entries

• Grantees must complete one report that represents all centers/sites operated with that cohort’s funds.

Completing the Report• The system times out after 45 minutes of inactivity

on a single page. Click ‘save and continue’ to re-start the timer. The countdown timer is shown at the bottom of the screen.

• If you start a page, you must complete all required items on that page in order to save it.

• The system will alert you if you exceed the character limits of a memo box. Mouse-over the box to see the character limit. A character countdown is provided to the bottom left of the large memo boxes.

• If you have started a report and log into the system, it takes you to the page you last saved.

Accessing the Report

1. Go to the AIU Evaluations site: www.aiu3.net/evaluations

2. Click on the 21st Century link

3. Click the link to the PA Grantee Report or Implementation Survey

4. Use the AIU-provided username and password to access your account

Use the username and password provided by AIU to log into the system

On each screen you can…

see the section you are working onexit the system

see the page you are on

review all of your responses

Use the PREVIOUS and SAVE & CONTINUE buttons to move forward and back in the report. Clicking PREVIOUS will not save any new or updated responses on the current page.

The system will alert you if you have not answered a required question. You cannot move forward until you have completed that item.

Each question has a number on the right. If you encounter an error, be sure to note this number or the page number so we can better trouble-shoot your issue.

Clicking the “show my responses” link will provide you a summary of each question and your response. Click “return to survey” to add or change answers.

Deadline

• October 31

• Even if you have completed all pages of the report, you have the option of changing or revising your report until the deadline.

• Grantees may not make changes to their report or survey after the deadline has passed.
