    Dear Reader,

If you downloaded this free report and you are eithercurrently juicing or contemplating juicing with fresh

    fruits and vegetables Congratulations!

You are now a member of an elite group of

individuals who enjoy better health, better cognitive

functioning, more balanced hormones, and gorgeous

    clear skin and eyes.

But hang on a minuteThe best part of this elite

club is that you dont have to have a lot of money!

All you need is a good juicer(check out some

great juicing machines here) and access to fresh

(preferably organic) fruits, veggies and some other

everyday ingredients that well discuss in this report.

Just to let you know, I am not a medical professionalof any sort, but I love juicing and have personally

experienced the benets that drinking freshly juiced

organic produce (and other ingredients) creates.

Also I am one who is always eager to be current with

nutritional ndings, so it was a delight to put this

    report together for you.

In digging into this special area of juicing, I found

out so many wonderful properties of all the foods

listed here. All of them contain nutrients that super-

charge synaptic neuron ring and communication

within your brain, thereby enhancing memory,

    concentration, mood, general response reactions

and best of all, slowing down the aging of the brain

    and body cells!

But every one of them is a superfood in its own right

for many other reasons as well. For the purposes of

keeping this report a reasonable size, Im only telling

you how the foods here are good for your brain, but

    WHY JUICE FOR THE BRAIN?

Your brain is the super-internet of your human

physical body. Its the hub of the nervous system,

receiving and processing all of the data that you

absorb day in and day out. The navigation of stimuli

through neural synaptic relays is the alchemy that

enables you to experience thoughts and feelings.

And you want to be sure that your brain gets that

energy too, because it is crucial to creative thought,

positive mood, memory, and good overall health. Its

no surprise that what you eat aects how you think, feel, remember, and potentially even increases your

    intelligence quotient.

But your brain is the most voracious organ of

your body, taking up just 2% of your bodys

weight while gobbling up 20% of the energy

    your body produces through nutrition.

When you provide your super-hero brain with

organic foods rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals

that it can thrive upon, you will be the benefactor

of spectacular results upon your health and mental

well-being, as well as an ability to retain information

    and increased cognitive performance.

Recent scientic study shows that drinking freshfruit and vegetable juices a minimum of three

times a week can signicantly improve the brains

functionality and decrease the odds of developing

diseases like Alzheimers, ADHD and dementia.

There are a few caveats, though. In order to realize

these benets, the juice needs to be fresh. Store-

bought juices just dont have the ecacy that freshly

Hey, what if you could raise your IQ just

by modifying your diet? If its possible,

    why wouldnt you?

juiced drinks have. And another factor to be aware of

is this: there are some juicing machines that produce

juice that maintains its integrity for up to 3 days,

while many of the lower-end juicing machines will

produce juice that is only eective for a few hours.

Please check out ourjuicing machine reviewsso that

you will be well informed when you search for a juicemachine that will best t your needs.

Your brain will be happiest when you include the

skins of fruits and vegetables whenever possible. But

if you are buying non-organic produce, its best to be

safe and remove the skins because of the high toxic

content of the pesticides used. And lastly, you dont

want to juice the peels of citrus fruits as they are full

of toxic oils that are hell on the digestive system.

Juicing is already known to have impactful benets

for overall health, but you can also be aware of foods

to include for optimum brain performance, so read

    FATS

Fats, also known as lipids, are absolutely necessary

for brain development. Your brain is composed

of about 60% fatty tissue and your nerve cells are

around 80% fatty tissue. Thats massive. These lipids

are also at the core of communication between all of

    your bodys cells.

But as we have all been taught, some fats are good

and some not so much. Following are the fats

that you can use in your juicing recipes that will

    supercharge your brains perfomance.

The lack or abundancy of lipids within the

brain determines how well it conducts the

rapid transfer of impulses and data. This is

the chemistry that enables humans to process

    rapid thoughts and actions.

    Olive Oil

Olive oil has received a lot of press in the past 20years, and for good reason. Extra-virgin olive oil is a

champion that protects the aging brain while helping

it to maintain its agility, and enables signicantly

    better cognitive functioning.

The reason why is that olive oil contains

monounsaturated fats, which your brain loves. Unlike

those beastly lipidstrans fats, hydrogenated fats

and some animal fatsolive oil helps control blood

sugar levels in the body and brain, which are linked

to memory loss and cognitive decline.

The brain requires a lot of oxygen, and olive oil has

polyphenol antioxidants, which oxygenate the cells,

preventing free radicals from damaging them.

Juicing is the perfect vehicle for getting olive oil into

your diet because you dont need to heat it up.

Heating olive oil actually damages the phytonutrients

that do their magic in the brain cells.

The type of olive oil you buy can make a signicant

dierence in the eectiveness it has on your brains

perfomance. Buy smaller bottles of high quality,

cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil packaged in dark

glass. It may be a little more expensive, but a mindfulpurchase will ensure that your brain gets the most

phytonutrients. Lastly, if you can, keep your olive oil

    in a cool, dark place.

I like to add a teaspoon of olive oil to my juice and

use a hand blender to mix it in. I love the subtle avor

it adds, and knowing what it is doing for me is a great

bonus. I hope youll try it!

    Wheat Germ

Right in the heart of every grain of wheat is thegerm. It is the seed from which a new wheat plant

will germinate, hence the name wheat germ. But

more than that, the germ actually contains the most

nutrients. Oddly, most of the bread we see on our

supermarket shelves is made of rened our, fromwhich the germ is removed. Go gure.

Wheat germ is ush with vitamins, minerals,

protein and healthy fats. But the main lipid found

in wheat germ is linoleic acid, also known as

    omega-6.

    Omega-6 can subdue symptoms of

depression and can also aide in the

treatment of mental disorders such as

    schizophrenia or bipolar disease.

Another superstar nutrient wheat germ boasts is

vitamin B, well known to be very benecial for the

    nervous system.

And ladies, wheat germ is also fantastic to put in

your juice if you are pregnant. It has all the nutrients

that contribute to ideal cerebral development in the

growth of the human fetus. What great news! Wheatgerm can really make a dierence not only for you,

    but for your baby, too.

Experiment with adding wheat germ to your juice

drinks, you cant go wrong with this superfood!

Flax Seeds and Flax Seed Oil

Flaxseeds come from ax. Flax is an oilseed just likecanola and sunower are oilseeds.

But waitax seed is also a good source of omega-6,

the wonderful lipid found in wheat germ, and so can

curb symptoms of depression and has also beenused to treat bipolar disorder.

Just be sure when you are using ax seed not to

overdo it. One to two tablespoons of ground axseeds

or axseed oil per day is about the right amount for

the best health benets. Any more than this may be

detrimental, so be sure to use ax seed sparingly.

Overowing in ALA, also known as omega-3,

ax seeds and ax seed oil are super-advocates

to the cerebral cortex, the part of your brain

    responsible for processing sensory information.

    Chia Seed

Chia is a recently rediscovered superfood andmember of the mint family that was originally grown

in Mexico and the Southwest. Chia seed has a rich

history in the Mayan culture, and if you care to google

it, you will nd that chia seed is one superfood that

also has some interesting stories to tell.

Working together, all of these wonderful properties

cause cell membranes to have more exibility,

making nutrients more readily available and nerve

transmission sharper. All of this heightens brain

    performance, including memory and concentration.

Chia seed contains an abundance of essential

fatty acids (EFAs), including the super-hero lipids

ALA and linoleic acid, and is the highest vegetarian

resource of omega-3 on planet earth! But thats

just for starters. Chia seed is high in proteins,

    vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, too.

    Sunfower Seeds

One of the more surprising nutritional powerhouseson our list, a mere sprinkling of sunower seeds

delivers 75 percent of the recommended daily

allowance of vitamin E. Theyre also a rich source of

ber, folic acid, and protein. But probably the most

signicant benet we receive from including them inour juicing is their tryptophan content.

Sunower seeds are also high in thiamine, an

important B vitamin that increases memory andcognitive function.

Tryptophan is an important amino acid

that the brain alchemizes into seratonin a

naturally occurring chemical in the brain

that is instrumental for feelings of well-being

and happiness and is also benecial in

    curbing insomnia.

But thats not all. Research is now proving that

sunower seeds may help lower high blood pressure

(also known as hypertension), a true enemy to the

    brains functionality.

High blood pressure works its evil slowly but steadily,

corroding the inner lining of the blood vessels. This

eventually thins out the blood vessels, which canlead to mini-strokes that cause damage, but may go

undetected. So if you are on the verge of high blood

    pressure, try out sunower seeds.

For better moods, restful nights and risk control for

hypertension, the sunower seed is your guy.

    Pumpkin Seeds

Heres an intriguing fact you can take advantage ofright away the most robust nutrients of the entire

pumpkin plant lie in its least-used part. The tiny

seeds of the pumpkin are potent food, rich in an

array of nutrients that includes zinc, magnesium,

vitamin A and E, and the miraculous omega-3 andomega-6 fatty acids.

The tiny pumpkin seed, miniscule compared to the

large orange squash it gives rise to, is the mouse that

roared. Add it to your morning concoction and smile, knowing you are rocking it!

Zinc is a key player in brain performance,

    enhancing memory and thinking skills,

while magnesium lowers blood pressureand likelihood of stroke.

    PROTEINS

We all know that we need good sources of protein

because protein is the very infrastructure of all

living tissue. Skin, muscles, ngernails, and hair are

all protein at their foundation. But protein is also

extremely important for enabling your brain to

    expand its powers and capabilities.

These brain chemicals can motivate, sedate, cause

you to focus or frustrate. Their elaborate interaction

shifts your mood and changes your mind, as well as

nourishes your brain throughout its lifetime. So letsnd out what you can add to your juicing recipes to

support them as much as possible!

Amino acids that originate from proteins

are what your brains neurotransmitters are

made of, and these industrious little soldiers

carry the huge responsibility of brain cell

    communication and networking.

    Edamame

Edamame is just a fancy name for young greensoybeans cropped with the twig, dried before they

mature and then boiled in the pod.

    Wow, that is amazing.

Just one-half cup of edamame contains 11g of

protein, and as if that is not good enough reason to

put up with the funny name, edamame also contains

our beloved omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, and

so provides all of those brain-enhancing benets too.

Adding edamame to your juicing and your

diet can provide levels of protein and ironcomparable to those in red meat, and wait

for it without the quantities of saturated fat!

make this a must-have, but adding to that the miracle

lipids, you can take your healthiest juice or smoothie

    Eggs

Who doesnt love eggs? Well actually I do know a fewpeople who hate them. But those folks are few and

far between. Eggs can be a great additive to your

veggie juice drinks, or maybe you want to juice from

fruit, add egg and yogurt and make a smoothie.

Either way, what is good to know is that egg yolks

in particular are are rich in choline, a wonderful

enhancer for memory function and overall improved

    cognitive performance.

In addition to choline, eggs provide a gold-mine of

    high-quality proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Synopsis? Your brain on eggs = A+.

Choline is interesting in that it actuallyincreases the size of your brains neurons,

which means that they can then re their

    electrical signals more powerfully and

    rebound faster between those rings.

    Avocado or Avocado Oil

The avocadowhat a marvel! It is no accident thatthe delicious avocado has been called the worlds

    great brain food as well.

But unlike the protein in steak, which is dicult for

most people to digest, avocado protein is readily

absorbed by the blood stream because avocadoes

    also contain ber.

The amazing avocado is rich in omega-3 fatty acids

and high in vitamin E, and the folate content in them

helps prevent weird formations of tangled nervebers that are associated with Alzheimers.

Avocadoes provide all 18 essential amino acidsnecessary for the body to form a complete protein.

    BERRIES

Is there anything more charming than berries?

Adorable, wee parcels full of deliciousness and

packed with nutrients. They look like valentines

day, but watch out free radicals, berries came

to play! Eating the berries that are listed in this

section will boost your bloodstream in many ways, but most importantly, they will help protect your

brain as it ages, and contribute to healthy thinking,

    remembering and reasoning.

And fellows, heres an extra little bonus for you berries are champions in helping reduce the risk of

    Parkinsons disease in men.

Berries boast an antioxidant, the avonoid

anthocyanidin, that has the ability to navigate

the blood/brain barrier in order to make joyful

activity in the brain areas responsible for

    memory and learning.

Berries also activate a natural housecleaning service

mechanism in your brain, cleaning up and recycling

toxic proteins that are associated with memory loss

and other forms of mental deterioration.

Berries are true heros, coming to the rescue of

the aging brain. And not only that, they are just

    plain delicious.

    Blueberries, Strawberries and Aa Berries

These berries are all tiny, powerful punches ofnutrients that literally toughen the brain. You cannot

go wrong with adding this berry trio to your juice

concoctions, and research has also shown that the

more the better, though it only takes a few servings a

week of any of them to reap impactful results.

In addition to the avonoid anthocyanidins found

in most richly pigmented plants, these berries also

contain ellagic acid, another phytochemical shown to

    prevent cell damage.

What is really cool is that all of these super brain-

enhancers steadily increase in concentration within

your brain when you eat them on a regular basis.

This berry trio is like a super fantastic cleaning crew thatcomes and performs a series of chores, making your

brain cleaner, brigher, and therefore more operational.

They preserve your actual brain apparatus, and make

your brains neural communications super strong,

while protecting the brain from oxidative stress, and

reducing the possibility of age-related Alzheimers

    and dementia.

But here is the most extraordinary fact that I found

did you know that these berries can actually generatebrain cells?

You dont have to be a rocket scientist to see the

wisdom in adding any or all of these berries to your

    juicing regimen!

In the hippocampus region of the brain,

which is responsible for memory, the powerful

blueberry, strawberry, and aa berries can

actually induce the creation of new brain cells.

    Blackberries

Blackberries are in a class unto themselves. Theydo contain the anthocyanin avonoids found in

blueberries, strawberries and aa berries that

prevent degenerative disease while cleaning and

restoring. But they up the ante with folate, which

stimulates the brain; omega-3 fatty acids forprocessing sensory stimuli; and tryptophan, which

increases serotonin levels to provide relief for

    depression and insomnia.

Need I say more? Blackberries rock, and they are

    super delicious, too!

    Blackcurrants

Not as easy to nd as their more common berry cousinsand even tinier, blackcurrants have all of the avonoid

anthocyanidins of the others, but in even higher doses.

Their distinctive deep purple color is the key to their

strength. The darker the blackcurrant, the moreanthocyanins it contains and the better it is for you.

But theres more. The seeds within the blackcurrant

are a rich source of both the omega-3 and the

omega-6 fatty acids, making it one of the most

complete brain-health delivery systems you can nd

    in one food source.

In fact, blackcurrants are the highest in

antioxidants of all the berries, and also have amplequantities of other nutrients, including vitamin C,

    calcium, zinc, magnesium and potassium.

When shopping for blackcurrants, see if you can

nd imports from New Zealand. In this rare case,

the origin of the berries can really make a dierence

in nutritional value because New Zealands unique

conditions contribute to blackcurrants that have

a much higher anthocyanin content than the fruit

    grown in other areas.

Like blueberries, eating them frozen provides all the

benets of eating them fresh, and they may be easier

to nd frozen than fresh. Take a look at your local

health store and pick some up if you nd them there.

Blackcurrants are tiny love bombs for your brain, I hope

youll consider adding them to your juicing routine.
