Territory Golf Club facilities offer more than just the beautiful Gold course. Our facilities are equipped with all of the amenities you will need to round out an exceptional golf experience including: a full-service golf shop, learning and performance instruction, practice facilities, banquet rooms and restaurants with indoor and patio dining.

Full Shotgun EventsFull Shotgun events are held Monday

through Wednesday in the afternoon. Suggested starting time is normally 1:00 PM. The minimum is 100 players for a shotgun event. The maximum is 144 for 4-somes and under certain situations, 180 for 5-somes. The fee includes the following services: green fee, cart, range balls, cart signs, scoring and tournament service, plus a round of golf for four (with cart and range) for prize or raffle. A signed contract and deposit are required.

“Modified” Shotgun Events (32-144 players)

Modified Shotgun events are held on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Starting time is normally 2:30 PM. The minimum is 32 players for a modified shotgun event. The maximum is 144. The fee includes the following services: green fee, cart, range balls, cart signs, scoring and tournament service. A deposit and signed contract are required.

“Limited Morning” ShotgunGolf List Headline Events (32-144 players)

Morning Shotgun events are held Wednesday through Friday morning. Starting time is normally 8:00 AM. The minimum is 32 players for a Limited Morning Shotgun event. The maximum 144 for a Limited Morning Shotgun event. The fee includes the following services: green fee, cart, range balls, cart signs, scoring and tournament service. A deposit and signed contract are required.

“Consecutive Tee-Times” (20 to 90 players)

Small groups of Consecutive Tee Times can be booked at any time Wednesday through Friday. The fee includes the following services: green fee, cart, practice range balls, cart signs, scoring and tournament service. A deposit and signed contract are required.

Saturday and Sunday Afternoon Group Options — Modified Shotgun

Saturday and Sunday afternoon Shotgun events are held starting at 3:00 PM during June, July and August. Start time for May and September is 2:00 PM. A deposit and signed contract are required. The minimum is 48 golfers in 4-somes. The fee includes the following services: green fee, cart, and practice facility with range balls. Banquet space may be limited, or not be available, on certain Saturdays.

Payment and PoliciesA contract and non-refundable deposit

are required with balance of charges due upon receipt of invoice. Check and credit card are acceptable forms of payment.

with a rustic and yet elegant touch. The 12,000 square foot structure is highlighted by two levels, lower outdoor terrace and extensive decking overlooking the course and wetland valley. Our friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff is dedicated to provide you with a memorable experience. Helping you in planning and hosting your wedding, anniversary, groom’s dinners, surprise parties, retirement parties, Holiday parties, baby showers, civic events, school banquets, meetings, seminars, golf tournaments, and much more!

Our menu offers American cuisine, and ranges from burgers and baskets to delicious steaks and succulent seafood. Coyote Moon Grille has an excellent chef along with a professional kitchen staff. Our chef will prepare your favorite meal ranging from our popular chef carved prime rib buffet, our famous plated chicken Romano dinner, elegant appetizer trays, or something you create on your own. Let us start your day with coffee and caramel rolls, plated eggs benedict, or our sunrise buffet.

Coyote Moon Grille offers three different sized rooms to fit the needs of your event. Our lower level banquet hall offers seating up to 300 people and welcomes the use of our outdoor terrace. This room is handicapped accessible offering an elevator from the main level to the banquet hall, as well as, lower level outdoor entrances. This room steps out onto the golf course and is complete with a private bar and dance floor; making it the perfect setting for weddings, anniversary parties, and corporate events.

Our four season patio enclosure surrounded with large windows offers a breathtaking bird’s eye view. On the main level, this room is both heated and air conditioned providing comfort year round, and includes a

private walk out deck. The seasonal patio seats up to 80 people, extending into the adjoining lounge to accommodate up to 150 people makes this a great space to host smaller weddings, meetings, and Holiday parties.

Also available on the main level is our Tradition room seating up to 50 people. Walking into this room’s double French doors sets a sophisticated and welcoming mood. The room is decorated in an authentic rustic style with an inviting stone fireplace set center stage. This is the perfect room for groom’s dinners, baby showers, and surprise parties.

Banquet Hall CapacityLooking for that perfect space to hold your wedding

reception and ceremony? Coyote Moon Grille has a luxurious 3100 square foot banquet room that walks out onto a large outdoor terrace. Our banquet hall can accommodate up to 300 people and is an excellent choice for your event. We use both 72” round tables along with 6’ and 8’ banquet tables in the banquet/reception hall.

DepositAn initial, non-refundable deposit of

$500 is required to hold and book your wedding/banquet and Coyote Moon. The balance of your payment, per your guarantee, is due upon receipt of charges at the end of the event.

Room RentalThe room rental rate for Friday’s is $150 and $250

on Saturday; this covers the rooms set up and tear down, bartenders, and service staff.

Food and Beverage MinimumCoyote Moon food and beverage minimum is $2000

on Friday’s and $3500 on Saturday for events May-October, and $1500 November-April. Service charge and applicable taxes are additional.

Ceremony FeeLooking for the perfect place to have your ceremony?

We have a breathtaking view of the golf course for your ceremony. There is a $200 fee for holding your ceremony here which includes the set up and tear down of 40 black chairs, unity table, arch, and outdoor P/A system.

Linen

Choose the color that best accents your décor! Linen charge is $1.00 per person, per your guarantee. With this you will receive your choice of four table linen colors and fifteen napkin colors. Additionally,

we include black skirting for the head table, buffet table, gift table, cake table, and any additional display tables. Skirting is available in Black only.

Wedding Cake & DessertYou may select your favorite licensed bakery for your

tiered cake or desserts. There is a $75.00 service charge for cutting and serving your tier cake or sheet cakes. All other dessert charges are based on the amount of service required.

DecoratingLet your imagination soar, you can do anything from

simple elegance to very elaborate. Candle centerpieces, chair covers, tooling, lights and fresh flowers are always nice touches. We have few limitations on decorating and we work with several decorators if you want someone to do all the work for you.

PhotographyOur building is surrounded by spectacular views

to enhance your photographs! We’ve teamed up with Territory Golf Course to provide golf carts for your use during photographs at no additional charge. The availability of carts is dependent on the season as well as the availability on the course.
