Infrastructure (UI) Enhancements (cont.)• Export lists to Excel. You can now export
any list (Campaigns, Ads, Creative Assets etc.) to an Excel spreadsheet.
The Excel file will show the list items as filtered by you, and in the columns order and sorting preferences that you defined for the page in the Customize View options.
The list will not show grouping as defined in your customized view.
The complete list of items will be exported, rather than just the number of items displayed in the current page (as selected in Show X in Page).
Note: The Excel files are not intended for editing/upload purposes.

Infrastructure (UI) Enhancements (cont.)• When hovering with your mouse over a main tab (not necessarily the tab you are
currently working in), the sub tabs are displayed. You can then access a sub tab directly, by clicking on it, instead of having to click on the main tab first.

Creative Attachment – Copying Ads• Previous State
When attaching ads to placements, ads were copied together with their URLs (clickthrough, third party tracking etc.). This was not required in all cases and in some, lead to mistakes.
• EnhancementWhen copying the ads, a floater window opens with the option to choose whether to
copy URLs or not.
© 2009 Eyeblaster. All rights reserved© 2009 Eyeblaster. All rights reserved
Creative Attachment – Filter by Ad Dimensions
Attaching an ad to a placement with different dimensions may cause the ad to appear distorted when served.
• EnhancementWhen attaching ads to placements, the placement list will be filtered according to
the chosen ad’s size
A user attempting to perform such an attachment will now be notified accordingly.
Possible scenarios:
• Ads list > Attach
• New Ad/Edit Ad > Campaign Attachment > Placement drop-down list.

Creative Attachment – Placement List Filter
• Previous StateWhen in the main Ads list you selected an ad(s) and clicked on Attach, the list of
placements was not filtered by any specific campaign.
• EnhancementNow, if you select an ad that is already attached to a campaign, when clicking Attach,
the placements list will be filtered by that campaign's ID.
If you selected ads from different campaigns, the placements list will be filtered by those campaigns.

Campaigns (cont.)• Agency has been added to the Campaign list filter, to filter the list by agency name.
• Campaign Live Status
Previous state
The campaign's live status was based on impressions served in the past 24 hours.
Enhancement
The campaign's live status is now reflective of the live placements in the campaign. So a campaign is live if it has at least one live placement, which means at least one click or impression in the past 30 minutes.
Also, instead of the Campaign Ended status, the campaign will be indicated as idle, just like for placements.

Placements• The following enhancements have been made to the Placements entity:
• When creating the second placement in a campaign, default serving dates will appear in the start (From) and end (To) date fields. These dates are taken from the first placement added to the campaign. For the third placement onwards, default dates will appear according the first and last dates that appear for previously added placements. This applies for both the placements page (Media Plan View), and for Quick Editing.
• Serving dates can be changed for placements as far back as three months.
• Changes to packages (additions, removals, and changes) can be made for packages up to three months in the past.
• This is an IM Banner – this option previously appeared in the code generation settings only. It has now been added to the placement's main setup page as well, so that you don't have to change code generation settings after creating the placement.

Placements (cont.)• Until now, to filter the placements list by campaign, you could enter the campaign
name in a free text field. You can now select multiple campaigns from a combo box when working in a single account mode. This is especially useful when attaching ads to placements.
• The 300x600 banner size has been added to the frequently used sizes that appear first in the Banner Size list.

Tracking Pixel - Dynamic Clickthrough URL Support
• The Clickthrough URL for tracking pixels now supports the rtu parameter for dynamic clickthrough routing.
This is used when a site needs to use a single tracking placement for multiple elements (usually different text links) that require different landing pages.
• To support dynamic clickthrough URLs for tracking pixels, the site has to add the RTU parameter to the (click) tracking tag.
• The RTU parameter (&rtu) is the one used in standard EB tags for third-party network click URLs. In tracking tags, this parameter can be used to achieve a dynamic clickthrough URL.
• The parameter can be added as follows:

entities in the system. This log can be used to view records for different entities in one page rather than having to view the History pages that appear for individual entities (Campaigns, Users, etc.).
• The log can be accessed from the System Administration section in the main menu.
• The log can be filtered by entity type, action type, action date, user, etc..
• A detailed view is available for each log entry.

New Publishing Process – Official Release• The new publishing process is officially being released, by opening all
publishers to the new process.

in ACM V2.5, the Dynamic Content ad level settings are not copied.
• EnhancementWhen copying in ACM V2.5 a Dynamic Content ad previously created in

Packages – IO Total by Highest Rated Placement
• Current State and BackgroundWhen setting the ordered impressions in a package, each placement in the package is
set with the package’s total ordered impressions. This causes the IO total to appear higher than it should be.
• EnhancementThe IO total for a package will be calculated only by the one placement in the package
that has the highest rate.
In IOs that include a package(s), two new columns will be added to the IO’s placements list:
Package Name – will display the package name if the placement belongs to a package; otherwise it will be blank
Included in IO Total* – displays Yes if the placement is included in the IO total (applies to non-packaged placements as well) and No if it is not.

No Billing Info Alert – To External Contacts
• Current State and BackgroundIt is technically possible to create publisher and network (and creative shop) accounts
without entering billing information. This may result in IOs generated absent billing information, and consequently, in campaigns on hold. To prevent this scenario an alert is sent to the relevant internal account manager and sales representative of the paying account notifying them that this has occurred. However, external users are not notified
• EnhancementThe alert will be sent every time an IO is generated absent billing information.
The alert will be sent also to the Site Contacts of the campaign if the site is the campaign’s paying account.

Internal Users Enabled to View and Filter All Accounts’ IOs
• Current State and BackgroundMediaMind enables the account manager to work in the mode of access to all
accounts’ data, thus eliminating the need to switch accounts.
However currently, the following is not enabled:
• In Campaign > Costs > Eyeblaster Costs – viewing the campaign’s IOs.
• In the Insertion Orders list – searching for Ios from diffeent accounts using the filter
• Enhancement• In Campaign > Costs > Eyeblaster Costs, the Other Insertion Orders section will
display all the campaign’s IOs including billing information and currency figures (currently hidden to all users), and will include the toolbar enabling performance of actions on the IOs.
• The Insertion Orders list will enable filtering out other accounts’ IOs.

IO Alert Recipients List• Current State and Background
Currently, when a media agency is a campaign’s paying account (either as sole paying account or among others), the IO alerts are sent not only to the account’s billing contact but also to all the account’s users that have permission to sign or view the IO.
• EnhancementIn case a media agency is a campaign’s paying account, and a billing contact is set for
the campaign, the IO alerts should be sent to the following:
• Billing contact of the paying account
• Billing contact of the campaign (the media agency)
• Users assigned specifically to this IO.
This applies to the following alerts:
• IO Generated
• IO Revised
• IO not signed reminder.
Note: This will not affect who can sign or view the IO, nor does it affect IOs where the paying account is not a media agency.
