Previous work experiences were in a traditional office setting for 12 years and at a radio station for 5 years 2011 Cronin Communications Katie s Key Telework Insights Access Balance Dispelling Myths Managing Expectations 2011 Cronin Communications Access A major attraction to me was access to new opportunities. The ability to telework gave me access to a job that would otherwise not be available to me in Underwood, MN - A place with few lateral move opportunities much less career- advancing moves. 2011 Cronin Communications Balance Teleworking also gives me Balance Between: 1.Being out at industry events/onsite with clients and Having quiet, uninterrupted and highly productive work time in my home office. 2.
