Abstract In the report the theory and practice of construction of a didactic technological complex on an

example of a course "The Structures and Algorithms of Data Processing" is considered. The offered technology of development of a didactic technological complex solves a task of quality improvement within preparation of graduates of a technical college and efficiency of educational process. Definitions are specified: pedagogical process, pedagogical system and pedagogical technology. The metabolism information model of educational process is offered. Its both qualitative and quantitative functions and parameters are analyzed.
