"Nuudelchin Group" was originated in 1998 under the name

"Mondulaan Trade" LLC which was engaged in production and

distribution of commercial heat. In 2009 after expansion into other

areas of interests the company was reorganized into “Nuudelchin

Group”.

Nowadays the Nuudelchin Group of companies is conducting

business in

MINING SECTOR

“Nuudelchin group” operates in leading economic

sector of Mongolia - mining with its 3 subsidiary

companies:

1. “Мondulaan trade” LLC – geological exploration

2. “MNO” or “Mining National Operator” LLC –mining

operator

3. “Nuudelchin Iron Resource” LLC – Olzii-Ovoot iron

deposit project

“Mondulaan trade” LLC has 10 years of continuously operating experience in mining sector which counted last year as one of the leading gold miner at the state level. We work solely in placer gold deposit and one of the few companies in Mongolia which is introduced internationally approved rehabilitation and labor safety experience .

Since 2000, the company focuses on mining sector to discover mineral resources and monitor proven reserves in order to achieve efficient mining of whole deposits and the same time adhere to environmental requirements.

Established in 2011 in order to

mine deposits as contract miner for

the “Mondulaan trade” LLC. In the

past two years the company

expanded its operation into national

level. We have chosen as contract

miner for the worldwide known

Tavan Tolgoi coal group deposit at

Western Tsanhi region. Last year we

celebrated our “1 000 000 man/hour

safety” record.

Was set to expedite the commercial

development of 87.7 mlt tons of Ulziit

Ovoo magnetite iron ore deposit using

responsible economic and environmental

principles employing the best currently

available proven technology, to provide

high quality, value-added iron units to the

steel industry. The deposit is located in

Bulgan province, Central region of

Mongolia.

Established in 2007 the company manufacturing concrete

batch, block, pebble, floor and ceiling insulation material for the

construction industry. We use very scarce natural aleurolite stone

tested by Japanese technology as main raw material for the

production of construction materials.

Construction and Building

Materials Sector

The estimated resource of this

mineral is 108 million tons. The

company also operates the concrete

batching plan with capacity of 120m³ per

for hour for its end users. This year

projects of Arga Baril company are two

residential complexes in total for 588

families and 25 storey Nuudelchin Tower

project in the heart of Ulaanbaatar.

Farming and Agricultural

Sector

Established in 2009 with 5000

hectares of land for plantation and

255 horses ranch. In 2013 we

started a dairy farm project with

an importation of 155

Montbelliard type of breed cows

from France each with high

productivity of producing 25 liters

of milk per day. In the next 3

years the company is planning to

expand its farm capacity into 2000

cows. In the spring this year cows

gave a first birth to 60 calves.

This year the

Khishigten Nuudelchin

company is planning to

accelerate its mechanized

farming project by building

new international standard

cow barn, purchasing

standard automatic milking

parlor and putting into full

circulation 3300 hectares of

land in possession.

Food Industry

With the help of widely known Turkey based Alapala firm we are commissioning in June 2014 the first flour nourishing mill factory in Erdenet city with capacity of processing 150 tons of wheat per day. Fully automated vertical technology the factory will spend 12 times less water and use 25% less energy than existing ones. This is a completely new advanced technology.

“Nuudelchin Group” invested a total of 16 billion Tugrugs in this project. We are proud of pioneering rye mill factory to flour mill industry in Mongolia.

exploration of an estimated 87.7

million tons of magnitite iron ore

Ulziit Ovoo deposit.

Project location

Project name: “Nuudelchin Iron Resource” LLC

License area: 3024.94 hectare

Project site is located in the

place called Ulzii-Ovoot hill on

the territory of Burenkhangai

subprovince of Bulgan province

of Mongolia.

The Project is in 220 km

distance from Ulaanbaatar and

100 km distance from second

largest city of Mongolia –

Erdenet city railway hub.

Proximity to the surface

water supply is 12 km from Tuul

river basin. Distance from

reliable high voltage electricity

supply hub is 63 km.

Supervision of resource drilling programs

and subsequent resource estimation as 87.7 mln

tons is done by Australian Micromine Consulting

Services company in accordance to JORC CODE

standards.

The initial composite sample's analysis

were conducted by two reputable laboratories.

ALS Mongolia / Alex Stewart Internationals’

laboratories, UK/ and SGS Mongolia / SGS

Laboratory, Switzerland /.

The final laboratory test was done by

Outotec (Finland) Oy Research Center, in Pori.

The results of a tests are confirming the

economical viability of Ulziit-Ovoot iron ore

deposit.

Metallurgical test

The following conclusion is made from the experimental work:

Davis-Tube testing suggested than an iron concentrate grading

nearly 70 % Fe could be reached.

Wet LIMS magnetic separation can be used efficiency to

improve iron grade of the sample material from 24.6 % to 61.4

%. Only 3.3 wt% of the total magnetite was lost in the four step

wet LIMS flow sheet.

Construction of employees camp, and other infrastructure facilities

Construction of Beneficiation plant with a capacity of production of 1 000 000 tons of concentrate per year

Building project

The “Nuudelchin” group is started a new “Nuudelchin Tower” project.

Plan is to built a 25 storey commercial property with offices and apart’ hotel,

fitness club with swimming pool, and roof top restaurant.
