A word on cloud-computingWMO
Simply put, Cloud computing refers to applications and services offered over the Internet e.g. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). These services are offered from data centers all over the world, which collectively are referred to as the "cloud."

Final thoughtsWMO
As IT permeate deeper into the workplace, if IT doesn’t work, the Office can’t function. But IT in isolation doesn’t have any business value. It is essential to recognize the absolute dependence of most businesses upon the Information Technology and the quantity, quality and the availability of the information that IT provides and supports. Therefore there are and will be an increasing need to align business practices with IT on a continuing basis.
