The Heavy-duty 11M Radius Bender will radius up to #11 (40mm) rebar. The machine will form a radius without pre-bending the bar. Long machine life and operator safety are always paramount with KRB. The large table top keeps operator’s hands away from pinch points. Integrated rollers in the table top assist the feeding of the bar. The safety guard can be raised with the press of a

button using the positionable switch. E-Stops can be easily positioned to wherever the operator is working. Bumper guards at the tables edge and additional e-stops at the front of the machine are all designed for the safest operation.

The KRB 11M Radius Bender is designed to radius rebar without the need to pre-bend the end of the bar. Keeping the operator’s hands away from the forming rolls allows safe operation.

The KRB 11M Radius Bender has been designed with a guard for making larger rings in a safer operation.

KRB Radius Control 2000 features multi radius memory locations for 32 radii for each bar size as well as a (6) Multi-Radius memory locations right from the main screen to speed set-up. For each bar size, enter the desired radius in actual feet and inches or metric. The KRB 11M Radius Bender comes standard with a VFD motor and integrated rollers in the table top.
