1 TERM. ASSESSMENT ACTIVITY.

1.- Describe our Warm Up model and don't forget to explain (you can use draws or pictures):

- Target of every exercise.

- Part of the human body we are working on.

- How long should it take us.

Example: Hips Circles - Hips- Joint Mobility.

2.- Review:

- Fill as many names as you remember in this picture.

3.- Do you know the three types of connective tissues we can find in our

body?. Explain their function.

4.- Are there different types of joints?. Can you explain them?.

5.- Write the six types of movements our joints can do an write an example.

10.- Tell me in order all the organs that take part in digestion.

11.- Check what your Heart Rate is when you are resting and write it down.

12.- Explain briefly the main function of your heart.

13.- Why does your heart beats faster during exercise?.

14.- Could you explain to me the differences between arteries and veins?.
