• Excluding the owners, we currently have 5 employees, including our manager, who has been with us for 8 years – all employees are over the age of 19.

• There are no schools near us that require children to even walk by the storeand we are not near any residences.

• There are no liquor stores on the same property.

• There is ample parking available.

• We have spoken to all our neighbouring businesses and given eacha letter describing exactly what our plans are and to please come in and speak to us or have a look around if they have any worries. We have not received any negative feedback.

Security Measures Currently In Place • 24 hour monitoring by Curtis Elite.

• 19+ sign displayed on entrance door and everyone that appears underthe age of 30 is asked for government issued identification upon arrival.

• Metal shutters that cover the entire front window area and entrance door when the business is closed. The shutters are locked in place on either side. There are 3 other bars that insert directly into the floor and ceiling,spread throughout the middle, for added strength.

• The windows facing 15th Avenue are a few feet above the ground and have metal bars.

• Film on front windows to prevent cannabis or cannabisaccessories to be seen from outside.

• Direct link to fire alarm.

• Building exterior is made of brick.

• Secure perimeter door locks.

• Locking display cabinets.

• Timed safe bolted to the floor that is built to take quick drops as well as a class 1bank safe.

• 9 state of the art security cameras that cover – the entire floor plan of the retailstore from all angles, the exterior entrance/exit, a camera that captures the face of a person as they leave, the entire storage area where cannabis will be kept, and the P.O.S. We have access to our cameras via our cell phones and notifications are sent through them of any security breaches.

• Camera’s hard drive stores data for a minimum of 30 days.

• Computerized inventory tracking system that works with our P.O.S.

• All current and future employees will be registered with the LCRB Branch prior toselling cannabis and will go through the security screening in accordance with thegovernment. All cost associated with any licensing or screening for our current employeeswill be covered by Zaga’s Hemp Shop.

• We have requested the store hours be 9:30am to 9:00pm daily excluding Christmas andNew Years.

• If the city desires, we will have authorized security personnel at the beginning.After a short period, we’re sure we will all be treated as just regular retail shops, and no extra security will be required.
