The 2010 Leadership Summit in beautiful Orlando, Fla., was full of glitz and glamour as we celebrated yet another amazing year of overwhelming success. Once again we surpassed our company’s record for biggest bonus payout ever! This year’s total payout was $36,500,000. Our #1 Distributor, Enrique Varela & Graciela Mier took home the biggest payout at the Mark Hughes Bonus Award ceremony on Saturday, March 20. It was with much pride that Herbalife honored Jim with a heartfelt celebration tribute attended by Distributors, staff and friends. Throughout the Leadership Summit, each day of the event focused on one of our three decades. We laid the foundation for an even brighter future. Our Chairman and CEO Michael O. Johnson shared his vision to take the company to the next level in 2010 and to launch The Herbalife Decade by building on our company’s incredible momentum. This year’s “Dream Team” speakers was full of inspiration. The event concluded with an amazing performance by the one and only Donna Summer. Our 30 years of success could not be fully celebrated without acknowledging the great contributions of noted personal development coach, author and lecturer, and our esteemed friend and colleague, Jim Rohn. All Leadership Summit attendees were invited to participate in a tribute hosted by Herbalife’s Chairman and CEO Michael O. Johnson, honoring Jim’s amazing life and legacy. “Jim’s impact on our Distributors and the spirit of our company will live forever,” said Michael.

After meeting Mark Hughes in the 1980s, Jim’s wisdom helped motivate and inspire the lives of thousands of Herbalife Independent Distributors around the world each year. Jim’s gift was in his ability to help people dig deep within themselves to unleash their own success. He knew how to reach out to people and make them realize that all the life-changing answers they sought could be found within themselves. Jim will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

One of the most magical attractions in Orlando this season was the Ebony and Ivory Gala benefiting the Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) at the Hilton Orlando Hotel. Over $485,000 was raised by more than 500 supporters to fund HFF Casa Herbalife programs and help change the lives of at-risk children by providing them with proper nutrition in 50 locations around the world. This spectacular evening created an opportunity for attendees to mingle with like-minded advocates dedicated to changing people’s lives, and featured a magnificent banquet that included music and entertainment. With the addition of 11 new Casa Herbalife programs in 2009, there was much to celebrate. Attendees danced long into the night. The most exciting highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the live and silent auction featuring a broad spectrum of exciting items. With proceeds going to such a
