Show the retention rate to your EB / TM members so you have a clear quality indicator for your member development. Think about possibel solutions to increase your retention rate. Note: TMs job is of showing the retention rate, all VPs must deliver the quality standards to keep up a good retention rate.

How to increase get2gether of single members?

•  Socials in terms of making new friends

•  Seperate teams, meet members/VPs from other teams on LCM

•  Teams are responsible for different socials and bring their spirit

"

Sometimes members are only staying within their team and are not meeting new people."

"Members might drop out because they

came with their friends and if these are leaving, they also might leave."

"Therefore, it is important that you faciliate

the get2Know part with different simple methods like changing sitting order after everyone is seated on LCM or initiating talks between people who have never meet."
