2014-2015 Online Registration for returning families will begin July 1, 2014 The directions with screen shots are listed below. The directions with screen shots are listed below.

Identify your online registration tab on the left hand side of the screen for 2014-2015. CLICK ON START REGISTRATION

You will be taken to the next screen that outlines your registration process STEPS SCREEN. PLEASE READ THROUGH

EACH OF THESE STEPS PRIOR TO MOVING ON. CLICK ON STEP 1-STUDENT VERIFICATION

At the verification page- EDIT information accordingly. Only boxes that are WHITE can be edited.

Add student cell phone HERE! Click on REQUEST CHANGES TO STUDENT INFORMATION-THE BELOW FIELD BOX WILL

SHOW UP NEXT.

SELECT CELLULAR PHONE FROM DROP DOWN AND ENTER CELL PHONE (MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)

CLICK ON SAVE, WHICH WILL RETURN YOU TO THE STEPS SCREEN.

CLICK ON STEP 1 HAS BEEN COMPLETED-THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE MOVING ON TO STEP 2!

CLICK ON STEP 2-PARENT APPROVALS- ANSWER YES to the question of do you wish to complete the Parental Approval forms...

AFTER ANSWERING YES, A NEW WINDOW WILL OPEN. AT THIS WINDOW, PLEASE REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS 1:1 AUP, the District AUP and student handbooks. (You will be able to save these links for future reference if you choose.) After reviewing forms- type in your name and enter the date and then either click on Save or Save and Print.

CLICK ON STEP 2 HAS BEEN COMPLETED-THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE MOVING TO STEP 3!

CLICK ON STEP 3-MEDIA RELEASE-ANSWER YES to the question of do you wish to complete the Media Release Approval forms…

AFTER ANSWERING YES, A NEW WINDOW WILL OPEN. AT THIS WINDOW, PLEASE REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS AUDIO,

PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO RELEASE. After reviewing documents, type in your name and enter the date and then either

click on Save or Save and Print to return to the STEPS SCREEN.

CLICK ON STEP 3-HAS BEEN COMPLETED-THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE MOVING STEP 4!

CLICK ON STEP 4-TRANSPORTATION-ANSWER YES to the question to complete Transportation form. At the next

window, PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE ONLY ANSWERING YES OR NO ON THIS FORM! IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR

TRANSPORTATION, THEN ANSWER NO. Click on SAVE to return to STEPS SCREEN.

CLICK ON STEP 4 IS COMPLETED-THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE MOVING TO STEP 5!

STEP 5- MAKE A FEE PAYMENT – you are NOT required to make a payment at this time. If you are NOT making a payment, simply click on the BACK button. If you are registering a MS or HS student and want to purchase a yearbook, PE clothes etc..then first select ADD CHARGES- please be sure you quantities are accurate before proceeding. WHEN making a payment then SELECT PAY WITH REV TRAC. Paying with REV TRAC will taking you to REV TRAC third party webpage.

CLICK ON STEP 5 IS COMPLETED-THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE MOVING TO FINAL STEP!

FINAL STEP BUTTON-CLICK ON FINAL STEP-COMPLETE REGISTRATION

BE SURE POP-UP BLOCKER IS TURNED OFF!!

CLICKING ON FINAL STEP WILL OPEN A NEW WINDOW WITH A REGISTRATION SUMMARY. CLICK ON THE TOP RIGHT

HAND BUTTON-COMPLETE ONINE REGISTRATION-THIS WILL TAKE YOU BACK TO MAIN SCREEN.

At the main screen for Family Access, and you will notice the comment that Online Registration has been completed.
