Exhibit Opportunities Location The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, 239 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71901 Exhibitor Setup Thursday, May 7: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Exclusive Show Hours Thursday, May 7: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Exhibitor Teardown Thursday, May 7: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. As an AAHE Annual Conference Exhibitor, your company will receive: • Two (2) complimentary AAHE annual conference

registrations • 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs, upon request • Electricity (110 volt), upon request • Two (2) complimentary lunches, upon request • List of attendees provided on-site • Two (2) representatives per booth • An AAHE membership roster • Awards Dinner for two (2) vendor representatives Booth Rental Booth space will be available at the rental rate of $600.00 for AAHE members and $700.00 for non-members. Payment in full for booth rental is required with the return of the signed AAHE Exhibit Booth Registration Form and Contract by April 17, 2015. Checks should be made payable to the AAHE (Arkansas Association for Healthcare Engineers). Refunds and Cancellations If written notice of booth space cancellation is received by the AAHE prior to April 17, 2015 a full refund less a $100.00 ad-ministrative fee will be made. No refunds will be made if space is cancelled on or after April 17, 2015.

Hotel Information For overnight lodging please reserve your sleeping room and use the “AAHE” promotional code for $95.00 single, $105.00 double, $120.00 triple or $135.00 quadruple occupancy. Please indicate that you are with the Arkansas Association for Healthcare Engineers when making reservations. For reserva-tions, call (501) 623-7771. The cutoff date for the special room rate is April 17, 2015. General overall security will be provided by the AAHE for the convention period. The AAHE will not be responsible for the loss of any exhibit material by or for any cause. Assignment of Space Booth spaces will be assigned according to the following criteria: number of spaces purchased and dispersion of similar exhibits. The final assignment of all booths is at the sole discretion of the vendor liaison. Booth Construction and Arrangement All booths will consist of a tabletop display on a 6 ft. skirted table (if requested). If an exhibitor desires to deviate from the standard booth space requirements, permission must be obtained from the vendor liaison Diane Hughes. Electricity (110 volt) will be available however, you must provide your own power strip and extension cord. Please request this option on your registration form. Higher voltage must be requested and purchased in advance through the Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa.
