the PaViLion banquet room

Our magnificent Ballroom can accommodate up to 160 seated guests or 200 reception style for your special event. It has 20’ ceilings and is surrounded in white french doors that overlook the blue waters of the marina, The ballroom features a private entrance, a stage for a band or DJ a private bar and balcony access. The Space includes up 20 60” round banquet tables with ivory floor length linens, 160 chairs w/ivory chair covers. No events past 10:30 P.M

the LighthouSe bar and griLLTreat your guest to the perfect dinner party. All parties of 12 or more are

required to schedule a reservation to ensure you have the best service possible. The Lighthouse is an oasis that serves up the best house-smoked barbecue and local fare in NOLA, as well as delicious specialty daiquiris and cocktails. With easy access by both land and water and live music six nights a week, there’s no reason to pass up a trip to the Landing and a stop at The Lighthouse!

the PointThe Point on our marina is a large green area perfect for small romantic

wedding ceremonies. Feel the breeze and enjoy watching the boats sail by as you gather for your special occasion. The point has hanging string lights, a gazeboo and up yo 15 picnic tables. The Point Fess is $200 for 1 Hour our $500 for 5 hours.

PerSonaL toucheSWe want your unique style to be showcased at your event. From seating to lighting we are here to help you personalize your event.

decor Feel free to decorate the tables to your liking. We ask that all candles are in closed glasses and that No confetti or fresh rose petals are being used. Please note that you are responsible for the set up and breakdown of your own decor. All rentals and decor must be removed 2 hours after the event ends. Any rental material left behind will be subject to an additional charge. PL is not responsible for any items left behind by vendor or client.

gueSt accommodationS If you or your guest are in need for lodging a guest room block can be easily set up for your guest attending your event. Check -in time is 3:00 p.m. and check -out time is 11:00 a.m. All guest attending your event get up to a 10% discount.( ** Based on Availability**) If you would like to set up a room block just let us know and we will include it in your contract.

entertainmentWe welcome you to bring in your own band, DJ, or any other form of entertainment. Any entertainment must first be approved by the PL events coordinator. We will monitor volume and content.

dining exPerienceWe go above and beyond to try and delight all types of taste buds. Our in house catering provides buffet, hand passed hors d’oeuvre or plated meal options. We help build your menu to fit your taste and budget.

outSide catering We do provide a scheduled tasting 12 weeks prior to event. Tastings are complimentary (up to 2 guest) once the venue contract has been signed. Unfortunately we do not allow any outside catering.

cakeSCelebratory cakes (Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, etc) are allowed. We will provide you with a list of our preferred vendors to help make your decision easier.
