ENTERTAINING AT THE CLARKThe Clark Art Institute welcomes individuals, non-profit organizations, and corporations to reserve exceptional, architecturally pleasing spaces for social and professional functions.

VENUE RENTAL FEESBelow is a list of currently available spaces for rent at the Clark Art Institute. All fees include a charitable gift to the Clark. Rentals are available to Clark Society members only; new members are always welcome.

Discounted rates available for non-profit organizations. Tables in the Clark’s current inventory are included. All other items must be rented.

A $1,000 charge will be added to the venue rental fee for wedding ceremonies.

The Clark charges usage fees to cover setup and breakdown, cleaning, restroom attendants, and security. Gallery admission can be arranged if desired, with preferred pricing. Catering, décor, and rentals other than the Clark’s tables are provided separately by Constellation Culinary Group.LOW SEASON (January–March) Venue rental fees are reduced by 20%HIGH SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend–Labor Day Weekend) Venue rental fees are increased by 20% Please note: Availability of rental spaces during summer season is dependent upon museum exhibition schedule.
