اســـتنادا إلى القرار الصادر عـــن اللجنة الوزارية الثانية والثالثين للجنـــة الدائمة للتعاون االقتصادي والتجاري لمنظمة التعاون ا�سالمي (الكومسيك) المنعقدة من 21 إلى 24 نوفمبر 2016 بإسطنبول الجمهوريـــة التركيـــة، التـــي رحبت بالعرض الـــذي تقدمت به دولة الكويت الســـتضافة دورة اســـتثنائية للمعرض التجاري للدول ا�عضاء في منظمة التعاون ا�ســـالمي، يطيب لنا أن أحيط معاليكم علما أن المركز ا�ســـالمي لتنمية التجارة ووزارة التجارة والصناعة لدولة الكويت ســـينظمان بالتعاون مع شركة معـــرض الكويـــت الدولـــي، "دورة اســـتثنائية للمعـــرض التجـــاري للدول ا�عضـــاء في منظمـــة التعاون ا�سالمي"، وذلك من 6 إلى 10 فبراير 2018 بأرض المعارض، وذلك بالتزامن مع معرض الكويت الدولي. تحـــت شـــعار " الشـــراكات بيـــن المنشـــآت الصغـــرى والمتوســـطة : رافعـــة لالندمـــاج والتعـــاون التجاري

يعتبر المعرض من اهم التظاهرات الدولية التجارية التي تشهدها الكويت والمزمع اقامتها في الفتـــرة مـــن 6 – 10 فبرايـــر 2018 العام المقبل ممثلـــة في"معرض الكويت التجـــاري الدولي - الثاني" ، والذي يقام تحت الرعاية الكريمة لحضرة صاحب السمو امير البالد المفدى الشيخ / صباح االحمد الجابر الصبـــاح حفظـــه ا« ورعاه انطالقا مـــن التوجه الوطني الذي يأتي في ســـياق التزامنـــا بتحقيق الرغبة الســـامية لســـموه بتحويل الكويت إلى مركز مالي وتجـــاري اقليمي فاعل ونابـــض بالمنطقة وتفعيله
كواقع عملي وملموس.
هذا المعرض سيشهد افتتاحا رسميا من قبل وزير التجارة والصناعة الكويتي وبحضور عدد من ســـفراء الدول العربية واالســـالمية االعضاء بهذه المنظمة، ولقد تم توجيه الدعوات الرســـمية من قبل وزارة التجـــارة والصناعة وشـــركة معرض الكويت الدولي لعدد من الجهـــات والهيئات الدولية وممثلي البعثـــات والمكاتـــب التجاريـــة واالقتصاديـــة ،وجمـــع من ســـفراء الـــدول واعضاء الســـلك الدبلوماســـي المعتمدين والشـــركات المحلية واالقليمية والعالمية ورجال المال وا�عمال للمشـــاركة بهذا المعرض
الدولي المتميز.
وبالتزامن مع هذا المعرض ستنظم الفعاليات التالية:
• اجتماع الشبكة الشاملة لهيئات ترويج التجارة للدول ا�عضاء في منظمة التعاون ا�سالمي• اجتماع القطاع الخاص للدول ا�عضاء في منظمة التعاون ا�سالمي، الذي ستنظمه الغرفة ا�سالمية
للتجارة والصناعة والزراعة (ICCIA) بالتعاون مع غرفة تجارة وصناعة الكويت؛• اجتماعات ثنائية (B2B) بين رجال ا�عمال.
سوف يتم تقسيم االجنحة لتشمل على مشاركات رسمية ممثلة بالقطاع الحكومي للدول المشاركة، اضافة الى قطاعات داخلية وفقا النشطة الشركات ( االنشائي – العقاري – االثاث والمفروشات – اخرى ).
ســـوف يتم مخاطبة الدول المشـــاركة للعمل على جلب فعاليات وفلكوريـــات تراثية وورش عمل يتم عرضها خالل المعرض .
با�ضافـــة إلى ماســـبق تـــم ا�تفاق مع ا�مانة العامـــة للتخطيط الكويتية لتنظيم ملتقى شـــبابي دولي يتضمن كافة المشاريع الصغيرة وا�بداعات وا�ختراعات على مستوى دول الخليج ودول منظمة التعـــاون ا�ســـالمي وكيفيـــة إقامة المشـــاريع الصغيرة وتمويلها للشـــباب با�ضافة إلـــى كافة الجهات الحكومية الداعمة �قامة المشـــاريع الصغيرة لهؤالء الشـــباب في صالة 6 با�ضافة إلى الدول المشاركة والتـــي تـــم التواصل معها من خـــالل وزارة التجـــارة والصناعة والشـــركة بالتعاون مع المركز ا�ســـالمي
لتنمية التجارة وا�تحاد العربي للمعارض والمؤتمرات الخارجية .
في بداية شهر سبتمبر 2017 ســـوف يتم تحديد المواقع على الخريطة الخاصة بالمعرض وذلك نظر� لكون ا�مر ا�ن في مرحلة تأكيد المشـــاركات من الدول المشـــاركة وســـوف تعطى
ا�ولوية في المواقع المميزة للمساحات الكبيرة والجهات الراعية للمعرض .
ملحوظة : المعرض مصرح به عملية البيع المباشر لكافة المنتجات .
ولقد تم تحديد أسعار تأجير مساحات العرض على الشكل التالي: • المتر المربع المجهز (داخلي) : 140 دوالر أمريكي،

In compliance with the resolution adopted by 32nd Ministerial Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the OIC Member States (COMCEC), held from 21 to 24 November 2016 in Istanbul - Republic of Turkey, which welcomed the offer of the State of Kuwait to host an exceptional edition of the Trade Fair of the OIC Member States; ICDT and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Kuwait are organizing an exceptional edition of the Trade Fair of the OIC Member States in collaboration with “Kuwait International Fair Company” from 6 to 10 February 2018 at the "International Fairs Ground of Kuwait City", concomitantly with the “International Kuwait Trading Fair”. This multi-sectoral Fair is a platform for the economic operators of the OIC Member States to promote their products and services and to conclude commercial transactions and to establish partnerships.On this occasion, we would be most grateful to your excellency for any steps you may deem useful to take in order to ensure the participation of your Country in this event and disseminate this information to the economic operators of your country so as to enable them to schedule this exhibition in their calendar of fairs and exhibitions in which they will participate in 2018.
The exhibition is considered to be amongst the most important international trade events taking place in Kuwait. Kuwait International Trade Fair II is being held under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah may God protect him, where his national goal is to transform Kuwait into an effective regional and financial centre. The exhibition is scheduled to be held from February 6, 2018 until February 10, 2018.
In addition to the above, the exhibition is organized under the chairmanship of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait in partnership with the Kuwait International fair, in the organization of the exhibition and in cooperation with the Islamic Centre for Trade Development under the title "Partnerships between SMEs: A Lever for Integration, Trade and Economic Cooperation".
The opening ceremony of the Kuwait International Trade Fair II will be held by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait with the presence of ambassadors of the Arab and Islamic countries.
Furthermore, it was agreed with the Ministry of Planning of Kuwait to organize an international youth forum in hall 6 on how to establish small businesses and fund them. It also also of SMEs and inventions in the Gulf States and the OIC countries. Participating countries, which have been contacted through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Islamic Center for Trade Development and the Arab Union for Exhibitions and External Conferences will also participate in organizing this forum.
Under the patronage of His Highness the Amir, the Trade Fair of the OIC Member States will be organized as part of the second Kuwait International Trade Fair On the side-lines of this fair, the following events will be organized:
- Meeting of the Global Network of Trade Promotion Organs (OPC) of the OIC Member States.- Meeting of the private sector of the OIC Member States, organized by the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait.- B2B Meetings between businessmen.
Moreover, bookings will be open by the beginning of September 2017, as we are currently in the stage of confirmation of participation and the priority will be given to the distinguished sites with large spaces and sponsors of the exhibition.
Note: The exhibition is authorized for direct sales of all products.
