HOw dOes iT wOrk?

We like to work with experienced developers.

Projects would be multi-unit residential new build or PDR* conversions with competitive selling prices.

Projects up to 24-month duration.

Full planning permission must already be in place.

A target project should be a GDV of £1.5 – £10m, but we are flexible.

Interest is charged on a blended mix of senior and mezzanine elements which is competitive.

Profit is divided between JV partners, typically it’s 60/40% in the developer’s favour.

The project will be held in a Newco owned by Go Develop for admin ease.

* Permitted Development Rights – Commercial conversions to residential under PDR planning.
