My mother is a merchandiser. Her job is to

purchase books for bookshops. She goes to work by

MTR. She works in an office in Kowloon Bay. She

loves reading books and we have a lot of books at home.

Sometimes, she works late at night.

She likes eating seafood and reading

magazines. She is good at telling stories and doing

housework. She teaches me to do homework every day.

I love her very much.

Doraemon is a robot cat. He is short, fat and

happy. He has big eyes and short legs. He likes eating

One day, he went to a supermarket. He went there

by taxi. He saw some chicken, fish, vegetables and

some read bean cakes. He felt happy because he could

see red bean cakes. He bought a lot of food. He used a

bag to carry the red bean cakes. Then, he went home.

First, he walked to the park and turned left. Then,

he walk along Angry Street. Suddenly, the bag broke.

He ate all the food. Finally, he went home.

My mother wants to go to Ocean Park

because she likes the games in Ocean Park. She likes to

go there with my father, my brother and me. We like to

go to Ocean Park too. We will go to Ocean Park by

MTR. We will go to Ocean Park in summer holiday. In

Ocean Park, we can see fishes, sharks and starfish.

There is a park for us to play too.

My father and my mother like to eat food in

Ocean Park because the food is yummy and fresh. My

brother and I like to eat the chips in Ocean Park.

floor. He is handsome. He is not fat and not thin. He likes

eating French fries, fruit and fish. He likes drinking coke.

Last Wednesday, he went to the cinema with his girl

friend. They laughed loudly, so the cinema was very

noisy and the people felt angry.

Last Thursday, he went to the USA for five days. He

went to the Washington. He felt excited and he went to a

hotel and slept. The hotel was called AA hotel.

dad, my mum and I.

Tomorrow, my mum will go to Hung Hum by

bus and minibus. She will go to Hung Hum because

she works there. Travelling by bus and minibus are

comfortable because they are air-conditioned. The

bus is slow and cheap but my mum likes it. The bus

can carry a lot of passengers but the minibus only

can carry sixteen passengers.

The bus and minibus have many soft seats.

Minibuses are very dim and the buses are very bright

inside.

I like the bus and minibus too!

Carson the policeman

Carson is a policeman who lives in the first floor.

He’s smart. He goes to work by car. He likes eating

chocolate.

Last Sunday morning, he caught a thief. Whilst he was

chasing the thief, he hurt his leg. But he didn’t give up and

kept chasing the thief. So he couldn’t go to the church.

Last Monday, it’s a holiday. Carson was happy because he

caught a thief yesterday. Today he could rest, and he was

tired. After some rest, he played the ball games and ran

around in his big house. He felt so excited!

dirty. He did not wash his hands after he went to toilet and

before he ate. Also, he didn’t like to take a bath.

One day, he used the mud to take a bath! Since he is too

dirty, he didn’t have any friends. In order to help him to be

tidy and clean again, people in the city made a poster and said,

“If you are dirty, the policeman will catch you!”

Then, Dirty Pig was not dirty anymore. He became a

clean pig and nobody called him “Dirty Pig” again.
