TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All provisional bookings must be confi rmed within 7 days of booking. 2. A deposit of £10.00 per person is payable as confi rmation for party lunches or party nights. 3. Christmas day lunch requires a deposit of £20.00 per person. House parties require a deposit of £50.00 per person. If confi rmation is not received with 14 days the provisional booking may be released without further notice.4. We regret that deposits are only refundable up to 28 days prior to each event. Should your party size decrease in numbers, all payments (including deposits) made cannot be off set against any other services.5. Final payment is due 28 days before the event and once paid no refunds can be considered.6. The Early Bird Off er* covers the full payment for the party night event by 31st October 2010 after which time no refunds or exchanges can be made. If the full payment is not received by 31st October 2010, the off er will be withdrawn.7. Pre-orders for all meals except carverys must be with the hotel 28 days before the event.8. If the hotel has to cancel or amalgamate events to ensure appropriate numbers, an alternative date will be off ered or a full refund given without liability, we reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.9. The cost of any additional services on the night must be paid for prior to departure from the hotel.10. One free bedroom for organisers of parties of 20 or more must be named and guaranteed by credit card when being reserved. This is subject to availability and must be reserved at the initial point of booking. If the room is not used and not cancelled, we have the right to charge £75.00 to cover the room’s value.11.
