All big changes start with a small group of passionate and determined people. Autonomy is dynamic because it is not about reaction but creation. Willing to highlight not only new technology but also able to imagine a mobility in the 21st century that is efficient, fun, shared, active and sustainable. Autonomy succeeded on bringing together artists, engineers, politicians, architects and citizens who work every day to reinvent our cities. La Fabrique des Mobilités will be associated with Autonomy for the long term.

Autonomy 2017

Autonomy was created with the intention of becoming The Platform for innovators, policymakers, press and public to meet and shape their urban mobility future. The first event, held from the 6th to the 9th of October at La Villette in Paris, was a great start to realising this vision. We had 150 exhibitors from 22 countries, world authorities on new mobility, and some of France's most impressive transport companies like SNCF and Transdev. Our feedback from the first year event has been overwhelmingly positive, with the vast majority of participants committing to re-sign for October 2017.

For 2017 we will be back at La Villette in October. We will be increasing the scale of the event to gather the many

new mobility actors including companies from technology, auto, transport, cycling and last mile solutions. We are seeing the impact of disruptive mobility startups. Once again our international sales team will source the best innovation in this space to present at Autonomy 2017. City officials, who enable and implement innovations, are as important as the startups who originate them. For this reason we will be actively partnering with cities looking to change their mobility.

Finally we will continue to produce an event that is collaborative, disruptive and celebratory.

Lets get our cities moving!
