This mobile marketing tactic was very simple, yet effective.

The PGA promoted sign-ups to event-goers, giving them the incentive ofupgrading their tickets. They captured the phone numbers of high-endgolf customers who have a higher chance of purchasing when the next

This 12 store retailer built a mobile subscriber database of 50,000 customers.How did they do it? The company advertised their new mobile campaign in-

store, online & in their print advertising.
