The TeamFounder/CEO Richard Bronson Most recently, Richard served as Director of Executive Relations and Prison Engagement at Defy Ventures. Before that, he was co-founder of the popular nostalgia website, DoYouRe-member.com. He founded Biltmore Securities, a registered broker-dealer with 500 employ-ees. Richard was convicted of securities fraud in 2002, arising from his activities in the 1990s and served two years in a Federal prison camp.

Peter A. Gudmundsson. Peter is the President and CEO of RecruitMilitary, the leading veteran-hiring solutions company in the nation. A former U.S. Marine field artillery and intelligence officer, Gudmundsson is a graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA) and Brown University (BA).

John Kirland. John serves as Senior Vice President Corporate and Workforce Development at The Doe Fund, where he leads major employer engagements for employment and training leverage. Kirkland was previously Vice President-Corporate Employment & Development Partnerships at FEGS in New York City.
