    AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL FORTHE CITY OF FAIRMONT REPEALINGORDINANCE NO. 482, AS AMENDED,WHICH IS CODIFIED AS PART ONEADMINISTRATIVE CODE, CHAPTERSEVEN BOARDS, COMMISSIONS ANDAUTHORITIES, ARTICLE 175 HUMANRIGHTS COMMISSION, OF THEFAIRMONT CITY COUNCIL, ANDRE-ENACTING SAID ARTICLE 175HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION.

    By Ordinance No. 1751, the Council forthe City of Fairmont repealed Article 175Human Rights Commission of theFairmont City Code, and re-enactedArticle 175 to safeguard the right andopportunity of all persons to be free fromall forms of discrimination, whether as aresult of race, religion, color, nationalorigin, ancestry, sex, age, sexualorientation, gender identity, blindness, orhandicap, and to provide for an inclusivecommunity for all residents, businessesand visitors.
