After spending almost ten years working in

property development and estate agency

in Dubai, we’ve come back to Portsmouth

bringing a new style of estate agency to the

• 2008 moved from UK to Middle East

• 2009-2014 launched and delivered development projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Oman and Lebanon, delivering over $500m in gross sales.

• 2014 headed up one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in Dubai with an investment arm that oversaw $600m in transactions.

• 2016 left the UAE to return to the UK and join his brother Daniel and apply their collective experiences and skills to launch NEXA Properties.

DANIEL GRAY• Real estate career began during his time as a

professional rugby player for Bristol rugby club.

• Built a steady string of small scale property developments, adding value through re-design and refurbishment.

• Grew portfolio together with Jamie, now over 118 luxury student units across 32,000sq ft of buildings in prime city centre locations

NEIL THORPE• Began estate agency career began in 2012 working

for a local, independent agency in Southsea

• Within months leading the lettings department at the North End office.

• Department exceeded all growth forecasts

• Sales and lettings achievements leads to Agent of the Year awards in 2014 and 2015

• Agreed to lead the Nexa team and deliver the One Agent: One Solution approach in Portsmouth.
