ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT “TASTE OF FREEDOM”
February – May 2015
PANEVEZYS CORRECTION HOUSE
FEBRUARY – APRIL, 2015
• Our aim was to try the recipes with the inmates and choose 5 of them for the book.
• Inmates said this was the most motivating activity of the project as they liked to cook and to taste the food they
have prepared. • Inmates were actively engaged in decision making
process: listening to each others experience on traditional food and choosing the most interesting stories and
recipes to prepare, and in the end – choosing the best of all prepared recipes for the book.
